The room itself is fully equipped with normal expectation. We were a group of 12 travelling. Last night dinner was well prepared in advances before of our arrival. They served sushi as a starter. We all know that it have to be served fresh instead of sitting on the table with no cover. I am expecting they do much better than that. Some customers filles up their own bottles of the restaurant's soft drink. Ok, they should have asked 1st but the restaurant manager rasied his voice to tell off cusotmers. That is a NO NO! Great staff, but needs management to support them. Old hotel with old style boilers for each room restricting you to one tub of hot water. After you use it, you have to wait 7 hours before you can get hot water back. They do have an open bath for everyone's use on the first floor. Plus the Air conditioning / heating units in the room are also old. Had to request a room change because the unit in my room was not working. Overall the hotel needs a lot of work in the upgrade area instead of having the staff apologizing all the time. Finally, no rooms offer a view of Mt Fuji. It's blocked by...
