Update to the update: when a pizza we ordered finally arrived it was nowhere what it looked like on the pictures. Apparently they ran out of mozarella and used some random cheese instead. All mushi mushi, like a spongy something rather than a pizza. Too bad.

Update: unfortunately, it's hit or miss. First time we came here, everything was excellent. Second time, already a lot less enjoyable, with the pasta nicely aldente, but overly oily. Service really deteriorated the third time we came here. Food took forever to arrive, had to ask for bread several times, main dishes arrived 30+ mins apart from each other. Too bad, we liked this place the first time around.

Very unique design and interior was peaceful as well. Location was nature friendly,you can enjoy the meal enjoying the panoramic view of Lake. However people who want to enjoy the meal with the view of Mt. Fuji will get disappointment because its in opposite direction. My personal experience was a huge disappointment. First i write down the name at waiting list however restaurant were vacant(more than half seats were empty) may be staff were not in sufficient amount. After waiting more than 40mins, finally they called and gave us the seat without asking us were we want to seat at. Huge disappointment. After having a look at the menu I order a dish. After 20min the primary salad arrives,seriously how can be so late. And in spite of late arrive, they forgot to put on dressing on it. Ridiculous! And again after waiting for 40min after the arrival of salad, the main dish Pizza arrives and guess what they again forgot to include Tabasco as well. And we order 2 dishes simultaneously,the pizza arrived but other dish takes 20min plus time as well. In total we waited 40min to get a seat and made us wait more than one hours at the seat to get our order. The service time is toooooo slow. I personally don’t recommend it to people who are in hurry. Really very very very slow services. A huge disappointment. Ratings from my aspect will be, Location - 5 Access - 5(if you have a personal car) Menu and taste - 4 Price - 3 (expensive) Service - 4 Time of service - 0 (too slow) Staff - 3

My personal opinion, staff must work on time services and value the time of customer as well.

Had lunch here. Food is decent, service decent and atmosphere decent.

Mango berry juice was quite good, and the spaghettis are below expectation. There are definitely nicer restaurants in the area.

Waited half hour to get a seat, but the shop was half empty, with empty tables and uncleared tables. Operationally I think they could have done a lot better by seating the customers more efficiently. The service can definitely be better if they had more staff to clear the tables and take orders from the customers.
