Miwa Diani beach Villa & Single Apartments — Hotel in Kinondo ward

This was a horrifying experience. The manager there lied to us by sending us pictures of the downstairs rooms only! When we arrived the manager fled and didn't answer our calls. The upstairs was beyond disgusting with torn mosquito nets and a bed in the middle of sub standard makuti with broken mesh all around.

The toilets were broken, the mosquito nets were torn, they didn't provide a fan for the upstairs room. The chairs, couches and mattresses were filthy!!!! They had made a room upstairs out of wood partitioning like a village!

The place is just sub standard and dirty. The showers and toilets are disgusting. The pool was dirty too. Yuck. One if my family members most likely contracted dengue fever there and we had no choice but to leave the next morning as this place was a health hazard!

We also saw Centipedes and bed bug droppings! The manager there Mr. Ken is a liar DO NOT BELIEVE HIM. After we left we heard that other tenants there left as well due to the sub standard environment.
