Kije Place — Hotel in Nairobi

I was accommodated at Kije Place together with my colleagues for a week during our Hands-on NMR Training at the University of Nairobi and I must say we had a great experience. ||The hotel has a welcoming staff who make the place so hospitable right from the security, the receptionist, the chefs and those doing the cleaning. The hotel is quiet; contrary to the hustle and bustle of the city and at some point, I often forgot that I was in the heart of Nairobi City. ||The restaurant at the rooftop offers a panoramic view of the city and we enjoyed the night view of Nairobi City during our supper. We were attended to by Levi, Joan and Lilian and the trio have amazing personalities. They are friendly and one naturally loves them.||Given the cleanliness of the rooms and the freshness of the place, I will recommend Kije Place for anybody looking forward to enjoying their stay in the city. I didn't know about this place, I was looking for an affordable, but clean place to stay for some days as I ran my errands in the City.||||Someone in a nearby hotel recommended this place based on my need. ||||When you enter Kije place, the ambiance of the reception tells it all. Hotel is in a good location, with restaurants and supermarkets/shops nearby. A lot of sights/monuments are walking distance and I found it perfectly safe walking around everywhere. Breakfast was tasty and the chef was a jovial genius who made me good food everyday! Staff at the hotel are super friendly, helpful and always smiling! Front desk staff and security personnel at the front entrance, I enjoyed the chats everyday! Room was cleaned and they provided tea, coffee and water everyday. Top floor lounge at the hotel is amazing, views that go on for ages! Great vibes overall, loved my stay here and would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again!
