The hotel is located next to the 🚌 station and from the airport will take you a few minutes to the hotel the hotel picks from the airport if you wish to||||The security will help you with the door opening at the arrival. The receptionists would take away your your journey stress if they could smile a little more but it's ok||||The housekeeping get your room very ready before arrival so when you get there everything is just breathtaking thanks to the friendly Housekeeping staff . I delayed to wake up and somehow messed up their schedule please forgive me but they never complained about it you ladies are truest heaven sent. I checked in the hotel at 5.00pm on 11th January 2020, but there was no water in the room from the time i checked-In to the time i checked out and there was no solution offered to me. The whole night i stayed without water and without taking shower hoping the water would come anytime but i was wrong. In the morning when i woke up i called the reception and i was told i would have water within 10 minutes. I waited until 10.00am and no water was flowing in the bathroom. I had paid for breakfast and was forced to check out immediately without the breakfast to go and book another hotel just to take shower and breakfast. This was my worst experience in a hotel in the city. Even after i checked out annoyed i expected the management or the owners to call me and apologize but no one bothered to call.
