17 11 2020 had the steak again - said well done & juicy. Found it a bit dry. Their dressing or something kinda messed my stomach.

18 11 2020 had the breaded 🐠, not bad. It was crispy but absolutely no taste. Were it not for the tartar sauce it would have been flat. Consider marinating it. U could use fish masala.

Go with a copy of the drinks menu online. U will have to fumble for it urself. 👎👎👎

My favourite thing was the salty caramel shake-quuuite sweet but delicious and thick. U could almost tip the glass over.

The service was also not too bad seeing it's busy. Be ready with ur order to avoid looking for them again. I like that they check on u at least 1ce/twice to make sure u don't need anything else. Keep that up 👏👏👏

Before 2020 - The place is not bad. They may want to review their menu. Not much to pick from. I have tried their pork, not bad, their spare ribs maybe my fave, their wings preeeetty little & not sure what they put, they taste some type of way and their steak plus their bread-which is like a banana cake. Their latte is also good.

One time the server decided to dry it & i was having it with rice. Worst meal there ever. I don't do steak anymore just in case.

I stopped by Java House at the end of my trip to Kenya to purchase some coffee beans to take back home. Unfortunately, I was met with impolite behavior from a staff member named “F*th,” which was very unlike the service I normally receive at Java House.

I bought four packets of Java coffee beans, and according to the menu, this should have entitled me to two complimentary house coffees. The staff member did not explain the offer during payment, and when I asked about it, she simply told me I would get one coffee. When I clarified that four packets should qualify for two coffees, she repeated the same answer without any explanation.

When I asked if splitting the bill would make a difference, she again repeated herself. Eventually, she remarked that if I really wanted two coffees, she would give them to me—as though she was granting me a personal favor instead of honoring the stated promotion. This dismissive attitude was very disappointing.

In addition, when my order was packed, I was given 3 × 250g bags and 1 × 500g bag, instead of the 2 × 500g and 2 × 250g I had requested. Fortunately, I checked the bag before leaving and noticed the mistake.
