Dear Ownership Team,
I’m writing to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent stay at Seaclusion Hotel Diani and, in particular, to commend Manager Ms. Vianny Okodero for her exceptional professionalism and care.
From the moment I arrived, Ms. Okodero set the tone for a wonderful stay. Check-in was smooth, warm, and remarkably efficient. She greeted me with genuine courtesy, anticipated what I needed after a journey, and guided me through the essentials with clarity—everything from key details about the property to practical information that helped me settle in right away. What stood out most was the balance she struck between efficiency and warmth; nothing felt rushed, yet every step was quick and effortless.
Throughout my time at the hotel, Ms. Okodero’s presence was consistently reassuring. She was readily accessible and responsive, and any questions I had were addressed promptly and kindly. Even brief interactions reflected a strong ownership mindset—attention to detail, clear communication, and a sincere desire to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. It’s the kind of quiet, confident leadership that elevates the entire guest experience.
My check-out was, if anything, even smoother. Ms. Okodero coordinated the timing seamlessly around my schedule, ensured that all details were squared away in advance, and made the process unbelievably easy. The experience was stress-free, precise, and friendly—exactly what a guest hopes for at the end of a stay.
Beyond the mechanics of check-in and check-out, I want to emphasize the qualities Ms. Okodero exemplifies:
Professionalism paired with warmth and authenticity. Proactive, clear communication that reduces friction for the guest. A meticulous approach to detail that prevents small issues from becoming concerns. Genuine hospitality—making guests feel seen, welcomed, and valued.
These qualities do more than create a pleasant moment; they shape a lasting impression of Seaclusion’s brand and culture. Because of Ms. Okodero’s leadership and service, I left with a strong desire to return and to recommend Seaclusion Hotel Diani to friends, colleagues, and fellow travelers.
I hope this letter serves both as a personal thank-you and as formal recognition of Ms. Okodero’s excellence. Team members like her are the heartbeat of great hospitality, and I believe her contributions merit acknowledgment. If there are internal recognition programs or professional development opportunities available, I’d be thrilled to see her considered; she represents Seaclusion at its very best.
Please extend my gratitude to Ms. Okodero and, by extension, to the wider team whose efforts she coordinates with such care. Thank you for fostering a service culture where leaders like her can thrive and make a meaningful difference for...
Read moreThis hotel has the potential to be very good. It just fell down on a few important aspects. When we checked in we had alot of un necessary hassle about the price we booked. After some time this was cleared up,but as we were very tired after a long journey from nairobi, and long taxi journey this was totally not needed. Later we had to wait nearly 2 hours after ordering food to get it. One eve we were having a quiet drink, and suddenly of no where a really irritating boy appeared and started making a phone call and shouted for 30 mins. I asked one of the waiters about him,and she just shrugged her shoulder and said he was part of the hotel. Also I pointed out a very dangerous plant on one of the serving tables, and there was nothing done about it. If a kid had touched it,it would have destroyed its skin. The great things about the hotel. A fantastic breakfast. I would recommend booking bed and breakfast. Evening meals were very disappointing . The man who served us breakfast on a few mornings was outstanding. I forgot to get his name. The swimming pool was beautiful and really safe even for beginners. The rooms were very good. Just a few small attention to detail changes, and I would have no hesitation in giving 5 stars. Maybe one day I will be back.
I have gone back, and believe it or not I now have no hesitation in giving this place top rating. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome by Frank. So friendly and businesslike. Then we had our waiters Maiju, and Patrick. They couldn't have done any more for us. Breakfast outstanding . It is run like a family hotel, and we were made like we were family. I would thoroughly recommend this place. The swimming pool is beautiful. It contains a shady area, always a nice breeze even when it is really hot. It is very safe for families with small kids as the deepest part is only 1 metre 50 cms. Also the hotel is a credit to the cleaning staff.Really clean everywhere. Thank you all so much at Seaclusion for making our stay so memorable. You run a really...
Read moreI recently had the privilege of visiting this captivating place nestled by the sea, and I must say it was an absolute dream come true. The combination of the mesmerizing ocean views, pristine sandy beaches, and the enchanting surroundings left me in awe.
From the moment I set foot on the golden shores, I was immediately struck by the tranquility that washed over me. The rhythmic sound of the waves crashing against the shore created a soothing symphony, instantly melting away any stress or worries I had.
Exploring the area was like stepping into a paradise. The expansive coastline stretched as far as the eye could see, offering ample opportunities for leisurely strolls or basking in the sun. The soft sand beneath my feet and the gentle sea breeze against my skin added to the sensory delight of the experience.
The staff at this place were exceptional, providing top-notch service with a warm and friendly demeanor. They were always available to assist and went out of their way to ensure that every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their knowledge about the area and willingness to share insider tips added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was witnessing the breathtaking sunsets...
