This was the only disappointment of our round tour in Kyrgyzstan. ||We had to stay here for two nights as booked by our travel agent to visit Altyn Arasan & Karakol city. ||Here are all negative things of place, ||The staff was very cold, rude and careless. Those human beings do not deserve to be in tourism industry at all.||They behaved all through out our stay like we were staying there for free or simply they did not want guests there.||Never experienced such rudeness, arrogance and poor service in my entire travel history as I am speaking from my travel experience of 22 countries.||Room looked clean but NOT. we realized that they have not been properly cleaned from those bins with trash. ||Bathroom was with poor lighting and tiles were broken.||Room carpets was dusty and we could smell the dust around.||There was no AC and no proper ventilation when windows were closed the room was hot like an oven. ||Adding up, rooms were not sound proof and we could here everything from the near by road with full of drunken people and club on Friday night.||Further, beds were old and creaky.||Red alert, water was not clean at all. Stayed for one overnight while travelling with local friends around Issyk-Kul lake. Very friendly Lady at reception, spoke a little English well enough to book the rooms, which we were allowed to check out before deciding.||||Being there shortly after the end of the summer season, we got really good prices, not sure about their regular ones in high season||||Rooms were large - almost like a suite - and very clean with comfortable beds and nice, working showers.||||Wifi in all areas but in some (at least in my room) so weak, device would not log on. ||||Large breakfast included in room rate, according to my understanding (i.e. my friends comments) well above Kyrgyze standards.||||They also have a fenced courtyard, where you can park your car securely.||||Will stay there again, when...
