Lobby interior: The entrance area of the hotel impresses with its luxurious marble finish, which gives the place an air of elegance and sophistication.||3. Location: The proximity to the clinic makes this hotel a convenient choice for those traveling to the city for medical reasons or needing close access to medical facilities.||### Minuses:||1. Condition of the furniture: The room leaves an unpleasant impression due to old and worn out furniture that clearly needs to be replaced.||2. Sanitation in the bathroom: The dirty toilet bowl with the remains of the previous guest's vital activity and dried stains on the walls cause serious doubts about the quality of cleaning. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.||3. Cleanliness of the bathroom floor: Black scraps left by a previous guest indicate a lack of attention to the cleanliness of the premises.||4. Shower cubicle: Finding foreign hair in the shower cubicle is a very unpleasant discovery, especially considering the fact that the guest had to clean it himself. The taps and the cubicle itself look dated and the whistling sound when using the shower adds to the discomfort.||5. Sink: Fine hairs on the sink indicate superficiality of cleaning, which does not meet the standards of quality service.||6. Window and refrigerator: Dead mosquito on the window sill and unpleasant smell of smoked fish in the refrigerator add unpleasant moments to the overall impression of the room.||7. Water quality: Rusty water was flowing from the tap in the shower, which is totally unacceptable for a modern hotel complex. It creates additional discomfort and makes us question the standards of service.||8. Smell in the elevator: The smell of cigarettes in the elevator indicates a violation of smoking rules inside the building. This aspect negatively affects the comfort of guests, especially those with allergies or intolerance to tobacco smoke.||9. Service in the restaurant: The girl behind the bar behaved coldly and rudely, which is contrary to expectations from the restaurant staff in such an institution. Such attitude destroys the atmosphere of hospitality and worsens the mood of visitors.||10. Condition of furniture in the restaurant: Stains on the furniture in the restaurant create a feeling of carelessness and inconsistency with the level of the establishment. Read moreOn arrival, the first thing noticed is that it's in an area with old tenement buildings which look broken down and ugly. ||||The front desk staff are unfriendly and disinterested, save the one sweet young lady who works in the restaurant.||||The elevator failed for a couple of days. One person in my party is disabled and uses a walker. She had to walk up to the top floor. Shocking! ||||The air conditioning (July visit) in the room didn't provide cool air. When I called 5Xs to ask them to lower the temp, they sent a man up to our room who smelled like he hadn't showered in months. He stood in front of the fan and raised his arms. The smell!||On our last day, I called again to ask them to lower the setting and the front desk advised that the air conditioning was not working at all on our floor and it would be fixed the next day (after we were to leave.) Our room was on the side of the building with hot afternoon sun. We were forced to leave our window wide open with a view directly into a block of flats. At midnight, a bus full of people arrived and made a lot of noise.||||The dinners were not good. The breakfasts were not good. My kingdom for a vegetable!||||Our room was not vacuumed when there were crumbs and things that needed to be cleaned up. Pulling back the curtain to open the window revealed dust accumulated on the wall. Ick! Clean towels are provided daily. No hair conditioner is provided. Read moreRoom was ok but on 24th July when I was leaving I forgot my apple earpods pro in the bed in my room when I was leaving, one 1 day later I checked and the location of them was supposed to be 1 minute walk (infront of the next building where I have never walked). I was trying contact the reception by phone and emails for multiple days. They answered the phone 3 times out of 15 calls that I tried to give them. First call was on saturday and the reception told me they will check with the cleaning service the next day and they will call me. After nobody calling me the whole next day which was sunday I tried to call them and they told me its sunday and there is no cleaning service (ok its sunday) and that they will call me next day. On monday I am not able to reach them at all. Tuesday they told me they looked at the photo that I've sent them in one of my emails and said that in the photo it looks like they are maybe in some sport club which was on totally other side of the avenue.||Forgetting airpods is my problem but I really dont understand why it is such a problem to reply to emails which they confirmed that they recieved but after multiple days.
