When I checked into this property, I couldn't find my room, so asked the front desk for help. The employee said he was new, then I followed him around, but he couldn't find it either! He called his supervisor then showed me a room in a corner basement area. The next day I received an email from my credit card company that a charge was made, (without my authorization) by the property. When I asked about this, a different front office staff got angry at me but reluctantly agreed to ask her supervisor "later." At the end of that day, she admitted someone at the hotel had made the unauthorized charge and assured me it would be corrected. That night, I found used kleenex in the bed sheets, so I asked for clean linens and yet a third front desk staff got angry at me, asking why I didn't notice this the night before. At 1:30 am on my last night, I heard scurrying in my room. I turned the lights on and watched what appeared to be small animal feet running across the inside of the ceiling! Apparently it is a "false ceiling" with some type of heavy plastic between floors. I walked to the hotel reception to report this and the night desk staff once again reacted with anger and "there's nothing I can do, you need to report problems during the day! Do you want to check out?!) At 2 am, in a foreign city, I said that I could not pack up and try to find another hotel (I am a retiree and booked the room for myself. )|This has been a horrendous stay. I had hopes that after the unauthorized charge of over $100 that management would be more hospitable or less incompetent at least. Instead, it seems that blaming guests for poor housekeeping, lack of vermin control and poor employee training is the accepted norm for...

The location is perfect. Close to Vilnius airport and any important point of Old Town they are close in a walk. The room was comfortable enough, it looks like refurbished and modernised. My room offered a full kitchen option, with a cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher and a small fridge. For those who want to save money on quick snacks or even breakfast, this is a great alternative. The breakfast it was weak, the standard option like fruits, some breads, eggs, but I didn't like, an example that you need to pay for Cacao in the reception and they do not have option in the coffee machine. First time that I saw this. For the same value you can have a very good breakfast around in nice coffee shops. I pay for breakfast and in the end I choose to eat outside. My room it was new, but the bathtub did not have any curtains and protection around and every day after the shower I had to dry the whole floor. I stayed in the room for 5 nights, they didn't clean the room, they just change the towels. I ask them to clean the room, because since I arrived I saw hair in the floor even before my stay, I was informed that the responsible for cleaning it was sick and because of that the cleaning was not possible. The air conditioner when it was on smelled like mold for those who are allergy sufferers, I recommend that you test it first because I ended up getting sick and having an allergy. The TV did not work at all even with the...

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

At around 11:20 AM, just before check-out, a blonde woman in a black short-sleeved shirt suddenly opened my door without any response to my shouting “Someone’s inside!” and asking what she was doing. She forcefully pushed the door open until I had to physically block it with my entire body. Only then did she casually mutter “sorry” and walk away.

Just three minutes later, another person—a man in a gray polo shirt—tried to open my door again. I had to rush over, shout, and block it once more to stop him. Again, no explanation, no proper procedure—just someone trying to force their way into my room.

I reported this to the front desk. Their only response was, “This usually doesn’t happen. We’ll inform the staff.” But I was already shocked and shaken. I still don’t know if these people were hotel staff or complete strangers. Either way, it’s unacceptable to have two forced entry attempts before check-out time.

This was an incredibly frightening and unsettling experience. I strongly advise against staying here. There are much better, safer...

Very good location, an Iki market with fresh bread and coffee just few yards away- up the street. In opposite direction there is a nice coffee again just few yards away. Immaculate cleanliness, smell free and warm rooms, thick dark curtains. Water and coffee available even if you don't have breakfast- machine located in lobby, you can also ask the staff for a kettle. Slippers, bath robes, towels, hair dryer and soap provided. All facilities as described and the state just as in commercial photos. Comfy beds and pillows. The only down side is non sound proof doors, so if U plan a weekend there get some ear plugs, as the youngsters have no respect for other hotel guests whatsoever. Would recommend the place definitely.

A nice hotel. About a 20 to 30 minute walk to the main square. The rooms with skylights are not good if you snooze during the day, way too bright till the sun goes down Room 302 had a step down on entering the room which could be a hazard, a large step up into the shower which could be hard for some. Also sloping roof in room is a hazard as I hit my head twice. No elevator for 3 floors. The A/C in the room did not have a remote and was set to 24 degrees. Breakfast was good with a good variety, scramble eggs, sausage, breads, fruits, salad coffees, juices etc. Some reception staff were a bit quiet and seemed to avoid speaking English.

Comfortable hotel very close to the Old Town. Everything is within walking distance, so there's no need to use any transportation. The rooms have all the amenities, though the TVs lack smart-tv functionality (a minor detail :)). The breakfasts are varied with several hot and cold dishes, a range of beverages and sweet snacks. The hotel offers parking at a rate of 10 EUR/day, but it's rather difficult to find a free spot as the parking area is very small.
