Hotel Palm Inn Ampang Point — Hotel in Ampang Jaya Municipal Council

I stayed for 21 days and 20 nights due to my house on renovation. I can say that this is the best budget hotel i ever been. The room cleanliness is the best about this hotel. The toilet is clean, even the wall is very clean without any marks on! The bed and pillow very comfortable never imagine that budget hotel have this kind of bed. All their staff were very friendly and helpful especially Bhupi. The night staff at the reception also were very much helpful. I really suggest u guys to choose this hotel if you plan to stay in Ampang. To Palm In Hotel, please don't increase the price of your hotel in the future. Let others to get a affordable price hotel with the best room at Palm Inn. I would suggest others if they plan to find a stay in Ampang. thanks for the service during my stay. I really appreciate it. Also there were Nasi Kandar Pelita on the ground floor which is the best Nasi Kandar in Ampang...

This is a hidden gem of a hotel and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The rooms are clean and everything works as it should. Lovely big beds, TV and air conditioning. Powerful water pressure. Safe and quiet. It takes a little finding at first as it sits above a wonderful restaurant and you have to walk past all of the wonderful smells to get to the elevator. We loved this and often had a midnight snack (or more) after a night out on returning home. The best thing about this place was the lovely people who run and work here. They couldn’t do enough to help us and as I was waiting on a visa application we had to continually extend our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the team here and the pleasure was all ours. I highly recommend this place to stay. Do a little research as there are a lot of good places to eat and drink right on your doorstep if you take the time to explore a little. Just 1 complaint only, the room is small and thats it.... With that, not suitable for families or groups of 4 and above person..

Likewise, the rooms clean and tidy, no trace of tobacco and alcoholic smell.. The queens bed are quite huge that can fit 3 adults.. There is tv but not big... The washroom clean and no stains seen.. There is water heater and water pipe near toilet but beware of its high pressure that can tear your butt.. Rooms is affordable for most budget traveller.. The aircond is cold and functional..

On side note, no mosquitoes, roaches or bed bugs... And no unnecessary...
