Very super bad hotel. The staffs were rude, and impolite. The service was very bad. The night we check in, the staff wants to charge us money because of we have over 4people, we just paid the amount charges that the staff had said. But in the next morning, the another two staffs say that we need to paid more for the over people. The two staffs charge us more and they said we paid less last night. We told them that the night staff say RM 10per person. Suddenly both of you said need to charge RM30per person. The day staffs said the night staff was just come to work, no have experience. But it was your staff fault, why the day staffs say it rude to us and like want to punch us. The day staffs din't turn back the deposits to us because of the charges we don't want to paid. We don't want to paid is because of the suddenly charges and the rude attitude. Its not our fault, why we want to paid? The morning staffs also said to us with rude voice and threat us that next time never let us to book this hotel already .We felt very angry and disappointed about the rude attitude and service. Moreover, the toilet window was broken. Outside people can watch through it. Besides, although there have " no smoking " symbol, the room was full of smoking smell. When you climb up the staircase, you also can smell the smellof cigarettes . In the room, the smoking smell was stronger then outside. It makes my family felt very uncomfortable especially me who have sinusitis and sensitive to smell. The pillows also have strong odour and we sleep in the stink of pillow. Above problems make our trip become unhappy and angry from the morning. If you want to book this OYO Hotel, please think first. You also want to have a...
Read morePuteri Ampang hotel was in a convenient business location surrounded by Ampang Point shopping centre and plenty of local cafes and restaurants. Although the area itself could do with a bit of clean up, perhaps the addition of some rubbish bins would be a positive move, we found this little hotel quite adequate for our short three night stay. The room was small without a window very close to the reception area. Even the bed was small but nonetheless, it was clean and comfortable enough. There are 3 flights of stairs, with no elevator, to climb up and down, so we looked upon this positively as our daily exercise. The downside for us was there was no fridge in the room and no hot water! Staff we found were super friendly and eager to please. Downstairs there is a great restaurant with the best, freshly baked, naan bread you will ever taste, needless to say we ate there a lot. I would not recommend this hotel location for solo travellers, the area near the hotel is a bit dodgy...
Read morePuteri Ampang hotel is located in Ampang area near Ampang Point mall, Puteri Ampang Specialist Hospital, and RM 1 bus ride from Gleneagles Hospital. To get to the hotel from Sentral Station, you need to take Kelana Jaya LRT line to Ampang Park and then a bus to Ampang Point Mall. Unless someone needs to visit PASH or Gleneagles Hospital, this hotel does not offer anything else. ||The room is rather tiny with 2.5 x 3 meter with private bathroom. The sound insulator is not very good and you can hear someone opening or shutting their room doors nearby. TV is flat but does not work well with only 6 - 7 blurred channels. I did not even try to check if there is wifi in the room. The plumbing of washbasin needs serious attention.||The hotel does not have lift so guests have to take stairs to the 2nd floor reception and to the upper floor rooms. It is definitely not suitable for people with mobility problem.||The good thing about this hotel, it is nearby some inexpensive...
