Don't stay at Flamingo KL.I repeat!!! DONT STAY HERE!!! don't WASTE your MONEY like I do!! 1-Room are SUCKS!! -AC Warm even is 16' -No face/ hand towel -No slippers -No sejadah -No TV channel just tv2&tv3 but NO SOUND the tv is deaf!!! -No laundry Bags -Bath Towel Smelly -Pillow and bed sheet smelly. Mini Bar superb DIRTY

2-Breakfast SUCKS. There is one Chinese Man just sitting on the table to ask the staff why I am entering 3 adults & 1 child even though I PAID for extra bed inc1 breakfast and the Man was very arrogant, ashamed of him!!! that the breakfast was worse ever!!!plats & cups superb DIRTY!!! and the food nothing at all is just empty Curry,nasi lemak and empty soups.Sorry to say that I guess even the strays Dog will not be there to eat the bloody breakfast food,so what the hell is this Chinese man doing and arrogant for? He is manager or owner? Ashamedly!!!

3-Swimming pool & other facilities* Stay one night but feel like I'm in a horror place! Hotels seem like rundown at all,empty pool,the changing room down to the basement and like a dirty horribleness.pls refer to the picture. The slogan by the lake" is SUCKS too because the lake that they mentioned is totally rundown with full of the DIRT!!! plus the management won't be there to bother so what we can expect from their associates/ staff??greeting? Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was truly disappointing from start to finish.

Check-in was chaotic and unhelpful — no Wi-Fi password was provided, and the staff didn’t give any proper instructions or assistance. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by an unpleasant, lingering smell that remained even after showering and trying to air the room.

The condition of the room was unacceptable: • There was visible discoloration in the water while flushing. • A small cockroach was spotted inside the room. • The towels provided were of such poor quality that threads were coming off, making them unusable. • The room phone wasn’t even connected, so we couldn’t request basic necessities like bottled water.

To make matters worse, the breakfast buffet was the most disappointing I’ve ever encountered. There was sambal but no plain rice, only fried rice; soup was served with no condiments; and there were no juices or fruits available — a shocking lack of basic breakfast items.

For the price paid, the overall experience was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or even minimally...

Will not recommend anybody here. Frontdesk Is Ok. Patiently register my last minute booking at 2:45am. But Never Even Tell Me there is Free Wifi. So We Use Our Own Data, But Its Ok. Entering the room, check all around. To my surprise, The Towel Is NOT HOTEL STANDARD N QUALITY!! So FADED N OLD!! If at home, I can use as FLOOR MAT to that Extent. Luckily I bring my own towel. Room Price include with Breakfast. VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY AND TASTE!! Not much choices. Nasi Lemak - no taste of Nasi Lemak. The Sambal CAN SMELL THE RAW CHILLI!! NOT COOK ENOUGH!! Fruits - 1 Whole Red/Green Apple & Oranges. WE HAVE TO CUT & PEEL OURSELF!! Cereal - MILK SO DILUTE (CAIR) Teh Tarik - JUST LIKE ANY TEABAG AND ADD THE MILK.
