I checked in at EasyHotel@Ampang at around 4pm.
I honestly asked the receptionist to change the room because i make a mistake during booking through the traveloka (Receptionist name is Nasri ).
I got misunderstood. 1 double Bed = 1 single + 1 Single In future, should clearly show 1 queen bed or 2 queen beds.
I just wanna change from 1 Queen Bed to 2 single Bed. I asked him, is it still a room for 2 bedroom, he replied yes.
Then he advised me to call traveloka to cancel the earlier booking for 1 queen bed, then i can change it to 2 bed manually.
Urgently i called the traveloka and the officer asked me to change it at the hotel itself.
I gave the phone to the receptionist to reconfirm my queries but don't have the solution.
Finally, i just went out from the hotel without stay and claimed the RM 50 deposit.
Thanks to Traveloka who already decided to refund the reservation.
According to precedent case, i'm have got the right to get the refund.
My question is what policies did you follow, can u show me ? The respective room i applied was available at the time. I were ready to pay the higher price/cost occured.
I were politely asked the receptionist & traveloka officer to change the room. They were discussing at that time according to my request.
My question, that was the easy common sense. I am human and i talk to the human not a computer. I asked for a help to choose the respective room. But you were ignoring me helplessly.
My money is not my priority right now, just to express my dissatisfaction with your service/manners. Your staff ( Mr Nasri ) Don't have common sense.
So how about RM 50 deposit given at the hotel ? It's not about money, it's how can you show to us thats your Brand couldn't deliver good...

Read moreStayed on the first floor and woke up each morning feeling awful from people constantly smoking in their rooms. Smell of cigarette smoke was constant day and night. The Aircon unit in my room was on its last legs and struggled to keep the small hotel room cool. Couldn't adjust it. Bathroom and the bed sheets were not the cleanest. Staff were great however and really helpful. What do you expect from a budget hotel? Not a lot and it's value for money.
