I came to this store for the first time to buy the sweet as gift to my friend, wishing i can get the best service from this store. I bought their sweets come with the wooden box. I requested for a paper bag since the item that I bought from them is quite high price. Unfortunately the price for a paper bag such an overpriced, they will charge RM 7(no small size just big)?! Sick! It doesn’t make sense you need to pay RM7 just to have the paper beg. Even well established store didn’t charge paper beg up to RM7. I definitely will not come again to buy. Please fix your customer service. Some people come to buy there not only eat for themselves but we might come to buy as a gift, so we are expecting the item we bought presentable. I love Baklava and have bought from a few shops around Ampang.

All are good but personally, Damas Sweets tops the list. They have an array of Baklava variations to choose from and all taste nice. You can also buy some options of Turkish delights, nougat etc.

One might say Baklavas are all the same but at Damas Sweets, they are more refined. Not too sweet, nor too hard. The Baklavas are perfectly made in small batches.
