Found a plastic sheet in the ice green tea bottle, lucky i have the habit of biting ice cubes, else i would have swallow this rubbish.
Tamago maki, worst and disgusting. The rice was slimmy, and the tamago was so less, cant taste anything.
Tara Teriyaki set, the rice not even japan rice, for god sake, not every rice you mix with sushi vinegar, you can sell to your customer that expected to enjoy a Japanese cuisine!!! While the Tara meat rubber texture in the middle like they defrost not complete, and directly cook. Potential of food poisoning. I am keeping the receipt just incase, and sue them for their disgusting dish.
Ordered a dorayaki , but they dont have anymore, then they should stated on their menu, failure as a chainstore!!! Fine, then they suggest to switch it to mochi custard puff, so what they give me is a prepacked ice cream puff like those Nestle ice cream? This should be a seasonal dessert menu, and you didnt even make it yourself? What a joke, what a shame, feel like cheated.

Read moreI dont know what happened to this outlet. Been coming here since i was a kid, first learned how to eat sushi here and it was our favorite place to go.
And my latest 3 visits were very disappointing.
1st visit - It took 1 and a half hour to serve my food. 2nd visit - The aircond wasnt working so i canceled my plan to eat there. Here, i personally think if ur aircond is not functioning, u might as well just close for business until you get it fixed. 3rd visit - Same thing, took so long for our food to be served and there were only 2 staffs working at the front. And their rice maker thingy wasn't working haih so funny.
And i notice every time, there's always new group of staffs working there. So i suspect must be something wrong with the management.
Anyway, please do something. Or if you could care less, just wrap everything up and give the opportunity to other people to open...

When ask about our food the waiter kept on saying it's coming, without giving us an estimated time, after 40 mins we asked the same waiter again where's our food, kept giving the same response. After nearly an hour of waiting we got our food, but the waiter who served us was bloody rude, slamming the food on the table, is what you call customer service? When we were paying told YOUR MANAGER about what happened, he didn't even bother to apologize, instead he pulled his face as we were wrong. If this the service we get from the manager and your crews, I think it's best you change your whole crew and or close shop even better. WORST SERVICE I HAVE...
