Blanco Apartment Hotel Bintulu — Hotel in Borneo

Very spacious one bedroom apartment. They obliged my request for high floor with sea view which was very nice. Comfy bed. Strong air conditioning in the bedroom and living area. Good water pressure with hot water supply for shower and sink in the bathroom. Furnishings are a little dated and sparse. Kitchenette feels a bit grimy and the sink's water pressure was poor. It's not well equipped, perhaps for long stay where you really use it supplies can be requested. Due to Covid, breakfast was lunchbox style placed outside the room. It was horrible! We only had it the first morning, subsequent days we told them not to bother. Location is good if you have your own car, otherwise it's got nothing nearby for food and supplies. Photos show double pillows but it's actually one measly pillow per person. Upon request they only give 1 extra (don't understand why so stingy). Bedroom has blackout curtains but the bathroom door is frosted glass which lets light in. If you like to sleep in a darkened room, this will irritate the hell out of you as it did me! In a studio room, consists of 2 beds, a queen bed and a single, balcony with washing machine and clothes rack, a regular size kitchen with complete sets of utensils and refrigerator The toilet bowl was clogged, it is disaster , call the hotel service but still the toilet cannot flush normally Kitchen area is spacious equipped with utensils and plates Towel is not available after few hours of check-in, call the reception repeatedly but no answer, cleaning service needed to be told at reception centre Car park is available at basement, limited parking at the ground floor Got dryers at basement floor Reception bad service and very slow Breakfast slow service, too slow to refill, come at before 8am if lucky have more food left, very slow in cleaning table Sudden appearance of water from the output drain in the kitchen area (maybe clogged or...

Stayed here for a night with family. This apartment still undergoes renovation so there was some noise. There was no shop lot around however it was quite close to the spring mall. The hotel provide gated basement parking.

Ours is 2 rooms apartment with 3 toilet. It is spacious, clean, air conditions in all area and equipped with sofa, tv, fridge and ketttle. Kitchen utensil are provided as well as stove. The toilet also spacious and 2 of them equipped with shower and hot water. The apartment also has 2 balcony, in living room and master bedroom. The bed for both rooms were so comfortable.

Laundry room is provided in the basement area complete with washer and dryer and is free for resident, you only need to bring own detergent. The price per night is considered affordable comparing to the facilities and how good the room is.

Overall, good apartment, spacious and clean room, gated carpark. If i ever come again, this hotel could be one of my...
