Grand Line Hotel Semporna — Hotel in Borneo

The service was ok, usual check-in procedure and check-out took like 5 minutes as they checked the room. I don’t really like that the staff scrolls at max volume in the lobby, but overall ok. The problem lied in the room itself, no windows, overall dirty (hair in the shower, dust everywhere) and the cleaner left some supplies and his slippers in the room. the shower had no hot water and the worst pressure I’ve ever seen, barely anything was coming out. The hall Is full of mosquitos and ants. When we entered the room, the first we saw was the wall full of mold. The roof of the bathroom had a bid hole, the shower water was not working, only some water drops came out.. same with the tap water.. many coackrach in the room... Pongo una estrella en todo porque simplemente no proporcionaron lo que reservé. En Booking, reservamos una habitación y en las fotos de la habitación hay una foto de un supuesto baño compartido con ducha al que no puedes acceder. El baño compartido al que si que puedes acceder no tiene ducha y si te tienes que duchar lo tienes que hacer usando el grifo y el cubo que se usa para el wáter. En recepción hablan con una tal Águeda y no te dan solución. Lo único que proponen es que llames a Águeda para ver si te puede devolver el dinero y buscarte otro hostal. Por una noche nos quedamos porque ya era tarde y nos duchamos con grifo y el cubo del water. No tenemos problema en hacerlo, pero no es lo que habíamos reservado y no puedes engañar con fotos de baños que...
