The rooms are in terrible conditions and the entire hotel is in serious need of renovation. And the rooms also smell bad. I left that hotel on the same day and did not get a refund. Saya buat tempahan melalui OYO sekali dengan pmbayaran.smpai hotel utk check in. Pihak hotel menegaskan yang harmony stay sudah close..dan d tukar ke signitre in.jdi sya terpksa check in dgn price walk in. Bagaimna pihak OYO mseh membuka allotment utk tempahan d hotel ini.. Sedngkn harmony stay dh close. Ramai pihak terkena dgn perkara ini. Termasok sya sendri. Lepas sedap2 ambil duit. Payah pula nak refund.terasa seperti d scam. Sangat2 tidak berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan yang d berikan..saya dah 3 kali bertnyak kan megenai refund saya. But still pending... Pendinglah sampai saya lupa akan kejadian tersebut. Mcm tu ka konsep dia?. Please. Mudah kan urusan pelangan anda. Jadi sebuah brand yg more RESPONSIBLE. dalam kes ini saya anggap pihak anda cuai dan tidak mahu BERTANGUNGJAWAB.!..PIHAK ANDA KENA TAHU. I think the room to small and also bath room, and the worst is tv is so unwatchable. Guest service also too slow for respone while check in and check out. Luckily only for 1 night stay at this hotel. Still Oyo app very useful to find cheap hotel...
