住宿不错，地点还行，接待员很糟糕。

2 nights at capsule, capsule was fine, clean and spacious. Toilet is out there Abit distance, so it's abit inconvenient for someone who need to use toilet frequently.

Location is not really strategic, about 10mins drive from jetty. But there are some shops nearby.

Service was really... Speechless. The receptionist - Allyson , a middle aged Chinese lady with specs. She is rude and so used to speaking in ordering tone. Initially I didn't want to join fun dive because I was having runny nose, she told me to work hard to "overcome" it, and forced me to do the manuever on the spot (which is not related to runny nose so I refused to do it). Then she appeared annoyed after I refused to follow her command, and subsequently I was willing to try the fun dive and then she reacted like "omg I'm confused I thought u said u didn't want it ?? So now you want it again ??" (Holding her head with a shock face). Oh please la. I was so speechless. Then frequently change the time of transporting us, which is different from what we have agreed to in the beginning. She even blame us for not reading what she wrote during our conversation. Even don't allow us to go to other places to have meal despite the restaurant that she brought us to is full house, maybe she is getting commission from them, that I'm not sure. The accommodation offers great value and the diving was fantastic. Steven was very helpful and professional from the start, but my experience with A* was very disappointing.

Upon arrival, when I asked about the package and payment, she cut me off and insisted I only listen to her. Since it was a holiday to celebrate my sisters’ birthdays, I chose not to argue and just went along. The hotel provides free transport into town for dinner, but A* kept sending multiple texts and calls to check if I wanted to join when others were heading back. This constant interruption felt intrusive.

Transport arrangements were also poorly handled. At the jetty, I had already confirmed the pick-up time, but at the last minute she told me the car would be half an hour late, saying it was to give us “more time to shop.” My sister was unwell, so I insisted on an immediate pick-up. Only then she told that the driver was on the way.

The worst incident was with the airport transfer. She made a mistake in writing down the timing and then blamed me for not correcting it, assuming I had noticed the error simply because I was standing there while she wrote it down.

Overall, the property itself and the diving activities were very enjoyable, but A*’s unprofessional attitude and lack of basic courtesy made this one of the worst customer service...

Prior the trip Steven was every responsive he answer almost all the unknown and also provide a lot of information to us. And when we reached the welcome experience is quite stunning maybe because of raining almost all of the staff coming out to assist us for the arrival it’s does make us feel we like the VIP.

For this trip we are coming with my family, so Steven was kind he assigned all of us in one room so we have some of the common area for our family bonding time without joining others . here some tips even when you travel alone you not need to worry cause all the individual capsules are come with keycard so you are able to lock your own room when you head out.

Last but not least, we have to thanks our guide/handler - Dennis , without him i think our trip won’t be that smooth ! he do his very best to fulfill our needs and arrange all the itineraries for us like restaurant recommendations and local transport arrangements. He even go further to extend the transport timing just to fetch us back after our massage treatments!...
