OYO 89885 Nice Stay Three Six Five Services — Hotel in Borneo

Rooms were clean, good location. For the prices they charge, it was worth the accommodations. All works fine. Butttttttt...!!! Me and my 9 friends are unsatisfied on what the hotel did to us. We booked for 2 family suites and 1 Standard double bedroom. Which should nicely accommodate 10 adults. When we arrived, the hotel gave us 2 standard triple rooms and 1 Standard double bedroom. Which means we were short space for not 1 but 2 adults. We're bikers on a road trip, Thst means we're 10 big men, And the hotel just said we're out of family suites so please squeeze together. They said they were out of family suites. What? I booked those room 5 day earlier. What's the point of booking rooms that aren't available? Own rooms were down graded, but we were still charged out original room prices..

Another things is the reception will blast music from the front desk starting 7 in the morning. Our room is at the very end, and we can still hear loud music. Because the music is so loud, the staff shout amongst themselves when they talk.

Never going to stay at this hotel again. And I won't...

Pros : Cheap, close to wisma sanyan, to the river, nightmarket, has water heater, has tv, soap, nice exterior, has towels

Cons : Small space of room even for a room of 1 double bed and 1 single bed cause they put it together. The door of the bathroom broke, can't really close it properly and the door of the room has a problem with its key, it's stuck when trying to lock it. And when you're trying to lock it from inside, the lock doesn't really functioning well so you need to carefully align the lock...

The room is a bit small but good enough for a night rest. Air-con and water preassure are good with heater. Location is very good with the night market just a few steps away. Maybe OYO should make the system easier for guest to extend their stay instead of asking the guest to do the booking...
