Noodle House holds a peculiar allure for Sibu folks. The food isn't that good yet it seems like on most nights Noodle House is packed.

The trainee employees don't know much about the menu at all. When questioned about a dish they simply nod and say yes to everything. The "tofu burger" is in fact fish cake burger and has nothing to do with soy. I bought the burger expecting to enjoy a vegetarian burger when it was just fish. This is also risky for those allergic to seafood as they may suffer from a reaction to the allegedly vegetarian burger. Upon complaining, they offered me a refund and initially allowed me to take the rest of the burger back but they later went back on their word as took the burger back into the kitchen. Terrible service. No apology offered. They probably won't even change the description of the burger on the menu. Apparently the chefs don't know...

Have been patronized this restaurant for years. The food are tasty and fantastic.. Good job to the chefs! However, today service was disappointed.. A very poor service from the beginning with no greetings welcome, no leading customer to table, orders no repeat and confirmation, no side plates provided for sharing side dishes, tables are tilting and imbalance because not well maintenance, unmatched music played for lunch vibe! It was a freezing dining room in the hidden section area. It was rainy day by the way and aircon should be adjusted to the right temperature. Service staffs are invisible most of the time. No staff visiting our table to check our needs offer any service. No manager on duty around the restaurant to supervise the operation and the staffs is another disappointment. I hope the management can do something about it! Give more staff...
