Im an indian food lover, my fav one is nasi briyani kambing and the iconic maggie goreng mamak. So, i know what it taste like, and what it looks like.
So, when i first came to this place, i ordered nasi briyani kambing and maggie goreng mamak. My first impression by looking at the menu, i was expecting it would be not to far off. At that time, it was 11pm and its quite full of customers. So, we waited about half an hour for us to be served with our food. I was a bit dissapointed whrn i saw it, my nasi briyani kambing, the nasi portion was to small, unlike in the picture the nasi briyani is much more than that. The kari kambing taste nothing like im used to taste, way to salty, same as the nasi briyani it self, salty. And the price is rm 18 something.
Now for the maggie goreng mamak, im sure to those who loves this dish, they know how it supposed to taste and what to expect in it, like cabbage, fried mamak chicken, egg, etc. And the most important part is the "maggie" mee.. When my order was served, it was nothing like it. The mee is a bit raw, salty, almost nothing inside it, no chicken, no cabage, just random unknown vege. Verry dissapointing.
The only thing i can say is the best are those satay. They are great. Great texture, great taste, great sambal..
If you plan just to go lepak2, having some soft drinks, having some satays.., yeah, its a good place.
But sory, not the food. I wouldnt...
Read moreThe place is clean and good location. But the food is not good and the prices VERY high. If you order roti canai, it comes with dal only, no curry sauces. Besides, the dal is served cold. If you order roti canai unik, it is bigger than regular roti canai and you also get curry sauce, but they charge RM 16 for this! Maybe the most expensive roti canai in the world! And it's not even flaky like good roti. Also ordered what the menu calls 'vietnamese spring rolls', but inside there are no vegetables or noodles, just filled with sweet red bean paste. Don't waste your time here. There are better,...
