Stayed for 6 days and it was a horrible experience. There was almost no water throughout the stay due to a disruption, but the hotel made no effort to offer compensation or alternative solutions. We couldn’t shower or use the bathroom properly, and when the water did come back, it was brown and dirty. To make things worse, we found a cockroach in the room. When I asked the receptionist for insect spray, she just walked off like it was nothing. The service was poor, and the noise level was unbearable — no soundproofing at all, with people walking and talking loudly day and night. Definitely would not...

New renovated hotel very heavy smell of formaldehyde which can cause ppl sick of it. And the sound insulation was very very poor. The cleaner was too noisy in the morning. Making noisy sound of walking, closing door, talking, cleaning, flushing toilet and etc. All this you can hear very clear. This is super annoying.
