One Sentral Serviced Residence — Hotel in Iskandar Puteri

Place: once a top rated condo with supposedly leading service staff, but over time, degraded to the worst low class condo within the area. Outwardly looking nice, but inwardly, poorly serviced lifts, dirty pool, poorly maintained facilities, and ill managed crazy individuals in the lobby (and I don't JUST mean a psychiatric patient sleeping in the lobby) but also the lackadaisical attitude of management staff working here. My experience staying here was bad and was 1 of the places that I just couldn't wait to get out of. Parking is a hassle all the time and I'm appalled that some units here don't even have allocated parking lots. Visitor parking are mostly reserved by shops setting up front with hardly any room to sometimes drive (especially on the end of C&G) and constant blocking by management due to renovation works. How on earth the fire alarm system goes wrong causing all resident can't even go back to their home? Elevator isn't working i can understand, but staircase's exit door is locked? What if there are really fire outbreak and i was trapped there? GET BURNED TO DEATH DUE TO MANAGEMENT'S NEGLIGENCE? Worst part the whole incident isn't solved after 4 hours!!
