milan hotel — Hotel in Johor

Was a regular here since it’s cheap, clean and also near mid valley Southkey. After staying a few times I got accused of spoiling the air con twice even though I didn’t do anything. The last straw was getting accused of punching the TV when it was completely fine when we left. I asked for picture of proof but he didn’t give it to me either. Not sure what’s the motive behind all these accusations, but if u think logically if I break any of the hotel stuff in the room would I even come back to stay at the very same hotel? It seems like other guest had a pleasant stay and only we were accused of breaking stuff in the room whenever we check out. This is definitely not how u do business when you accuse ur guest of breaking stuff and there is no evidence of them doing it. Sad to say that they lost a regular because no guest would want to be accused of breaking stuff in hotel room the moment they wanna check in...

Writing a review after repeatedly staying here for 4 times or more. The receptionist is always friendly, and prompt with the check-in and check out. The bedsheets and towels have always been neat and clean. shower, water heater and toilet works well. The aircon works well too. The standard of cleanliness has been consistently good so far for a no frills hotel and the pricing is really value for money. Two bottles of water, Toothbrush kits, kettle, some sachets of tea/coffee are provided in the room every single time we checked in. Upon checking in, the receptionist will pass u a zipped bag containing a hairdryer and the aircon and TV remote controllers. WiFi works well and there are water dispensers available in the corridor. The hotel was generally clean, which was a good start. However, after three people took a shower, the water pipe got clogged and there was a bit of flooding in the bathroom, which felt a little gross. There were also some stains on the bed sheets—not ideal, but still acceptable considering the price of the hotel. The room had a slight unpleasant smell, but it was bearable.
