This is the place I stayed the first time I went to JB by myself. I rented an Economy Room that cost me RM50 a night only. Since this is a budget hotel, I will reviewed it based on the price I paid for but not the comparison with the other 2 stars or 3 stars hotels. My comments are as follows:||||Pros:||1) The hotel is comfortable and the staffs are friendly. The moment I stepped in the hotel, I was greeted by receptionist with a smiling face. Besides, a soft music is played 24 hours in the hotel. It made me feel relaxed after hours of driving.||2) I chose the cheapest room and yet its size is not that bad. In fact, Its bathroom is even bigger than another top ranking hotel's bathroom (in tripadvisor) that I stayed afterward which cost me much higher rental, 4 times the rental.||3) Water dispenser is available and I feel like home because I can refill water as much as I like. Compared with my (3 days 2 nights/4 days 3 nights) stays at another hotel in Plentong in which water dispenser is unavailable, I had to purposely drive out for several times just to buy mineral water.||4) There are plenty of parking lots, especially at night. There is also a security guard taking care of the cars 24 hours a day. I feel safe parking my car there.||5) Although this hotel is far from big city, there are several restaurants around, especially at the day time. There is also a Malay restaurant, which is walking distance only from the hotel, that operates until mid night. I tried its fried Keuy Teow once, it was not bad. So, if you are not choosy kind of people, food is available all the time; and breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper are never a problem. ||||Cons:||1) The bed was comfortable but the pillow was not. At night, I had to adjust the pillow many times before I can find a acceptable position to rest my head. In spite of this, I felt a little tired the next morning, especially my neck. If the management is willing to replace their pillows with better one, I may consider visiting this hotel again ||2) The toilet is not that clean, especially the sit toilet. Dirt spots can be seen easily. ||||In overall, if you are on a VERY TIGHT budget, this is a recommended...
Read moreWe stayed at this small hotel for a week as we were here on business and only needed a place to sleep and refresh. The double room we had booked was very clean, with a comfortable bed and amenities. Coffee and tea were available both in the room and in the lounge area downstairs. ||||The bathroom had a few stains, but was otherwise clean. Hot water and the shower were decent. ||||The room's ac was great as was the free wifi. And the hotel also offers laundry services on request. ||||The staff were all courteous, helpful and efficient. ||||The only downside is there are no good restaurants nearby, unless you don't mind walking abit - but you can always take an uber which is pretty cheap. ||||This place is perfect if you're just...
Read morePoor design room layout. The TV cant see direct from the bed, they install it opposite entrance door? So the best position to watch the TV is when you standing at entrance door? Urghhh come to your sense la... The room also not spacious. They put the qiblat tagging, but it kind of useless. Because, there's no enough space for you to lay your prayer mat. Same goes to toilet layout. Not well design. I dont know which architect / ID you hired. Poor design arrangement. Somehow i wondered, how come the Bomba can approved your small passage way to the all rooms? Like tikus route you know.
One more, you guys need to put the MPJBT parking ticket. Otherwise, uall going to get saman. RM 30 ringgit.
