very nice and helpful receptionist and hotel guard.they put reserved parking stand at night for guest.nice and cozy room.complete amenities such as tv, a/c, jug kettle, hotel room phone, hot shower & are well functioned.if u want to use iron just ask the receptionist.nearby aeon tebrau,ikea.i'm too lazy to go out so i ordered domino's & mcd delivery and they sent it to my room within 30 mins.there's also mamak stall and convenience store nearby.u just have to go explore a lil bit.hotel's surrounding is okay during my visit cause the street is not too busy and there's no annoying noises from bikes or stray dogs..overall I'm satisfied with this hotel and thanks a lot...

We booked this hotel coz of its price as it would only be a short stay. I was attracted by its beautiful rooms. Check in was fast but seems like the receptionist speak limited English overall is good. Room is of decent size and clean. The deco is really nice. Good enough for one night sleep. Please also note that there is no window in the family room. It would be good that there is a hair dryer in the room. The location of the hotel is a bit far off, a short drive to the nearest Aeon Tebaru City. Something worth mentioning is the free wifi connection is...

The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, they are not spacious and the square footage is limited. The location is inconvenient for shopping and daily necessities, being situated on the outskirts of the city.

The staff is friendly and attentive, providing prompt room service. The quiet atmosphere ensures a pleasant night's sleep.

Ample parking is available. The property offers good value for a single night's stay and is suitable for couples and groups of friends.
