We picked this hotel because it was closer to Bangi Wonderland and to a wedding location. It looked amazing and luxurious from the outside but sadly it needs lots of improvement and staff training. Our experience there was not rewarding. Some hotel employees were kind and friendly but others were ignorant and lacked hospitality. The hotel concierge staff was playing with his phone instead of helping us with the door and our luggage, mind you the parking is quite the walk to the hotel. We literally walked pass him with our many bags yet he didn't even offer baggage trolley for us. The receptionist was friendly yet was not forth coming with general information about our breakfast time and parking arrangements and etc. We had to query for them. The hotel rooms looked clean at first glance until you start noticing the poor maintenance here and there. We booked two rooms, the other one had problem with TV remote and toilet (flush button faulty) but in the end only one was fixed and that is only after we made calls to the front desk twice. The bathroom needs proper deep cleaning and supervision. There were soap residue and water spots on shower glass and bathroom door, housekeeping seem rushed. There was no hotel slippers or toothbrush provided either. They also charged RM15 kids breakfast, which should be more suitable for kids age 10-12 instead of 6-year-old and annoyingly breakfast was not kid friendly either. Breakfast was basic nothing impressive. The views, hotel ambiances and the walk way were relaxing and there were plenty of restaurant nearby for us to eat instead of going outside for dinner. Kudos to the cleaning crew duo who was kind enough to help us get a baggage trolley after seeing my elderly parents struggling with their bags. We had to push the cart ourself but it was still a considerate gesture. The most disappointing thing was the parking arrangement, the parking was quite far from the hotel in another (multi-level) building. The hotel parking payment is by Touch and Go and we should get our complimentary parking car park at the receptionist, what they failed to mention is that this is a requirement each time you tag out, meaning you need to go to the reception each time you want to go out of the hotel, nobody told us this and we went to the Water park and wedding party on two separate time and it was charged to our touch and go. There was NO refund, the parking rate is by hourly not by day and super expensive as we found out later. The system is so confusing and I'm very sure many guests would have made the same mistakes, seeing many of them stayed at the hotel to go to the waterpark, for those who were misinformed and new, is charged with a hefty parking price. The staff (Foshahira) was very sass with us and was unapologetic with our validation mistake, instead she did nothing to help us at all and was rudely brushing us off, had we known at that time the charge was RM45 we would have demanded some kind of compensation. Even if a paying hotel guest made a mistake, there is no need for such impertinence. I'm shocked at the parking rate and their system! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone, it was not worth the money we paid for.

Our first impression before stepping into the hotel was quite a disappointment. Not even a proper temporary parking place for check-in/out. Fully surrounded by reserved-parking. Parking for patrons is a 3-5 minutes walk away which you need to enter using your touch n go (but you can claim the free parking from the hotel reception if you want to exit). The lobby was quite grand. Has a luxurious look. Suitable for business event. Staffs were friendly and we got a room with the waterpark view which we came here for but was closed for private event. Another disappointment for my family. Late afternoon, we took a stroll around and amazingly, there was a nice playground for kids and the walking path was nicely decorated. Restaurants nearby include Japanese, Korean, western and many more. We took another stroll in the evening due to the night lighting. Morning breakfast policy was a bit shocking. My room booking was for 2 adults and 1 kid (1 same room) yet surprisingly breakfast was free only for 2 adults but not my child. Since we couldn't understand what was the reason behind, I asked what would be the price for a kid's breakfast. Maybe the staff was tired of trying to make sense of the policy to us, she let us proceed. Do remember to bring your own toothbrush/paste set. The water knob for the shower was loose and kept falling off.

LE’VENUE Hotel Bangi Avenue is a stylish and convenient accommodation choice located in one of Bangi’s most vibrant areas. The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring soft bedding, strong air-conditioning, reliable water pressure, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Whether you're staying for business or leisure, the hotel offers a quiet and relaxing environment despite being close to many attractions. The check-in process is smooth, and the front desk staff are polite, responsive, and professional. One of the biggest advantages of LE’VENUE Hotel is its strategic location. It is within walking distance to popular dining spots, convenience stores, and major outlets such as CS Supermarket, McDonald’s, FamilyMart, and Mixue. Guests will also appreciate the availability of ample parking, including covered basement options, making it ideal for those driving in. Security around the hotel is reassuring, with 24-hour surveillance and secure access points. Housekeeping is efficient, keeping rooms neat and fresh daily. With affordable rates and a great location, LE’VENUE Hotel delivers more than expected. It’s a top pick for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent value in Bangi. Whether it's a short stay or a longer visit, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

We check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor.|The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. |Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. |It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. |Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. |In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. |On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) |If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just...
