Prestige Troika Kota Bharu — Hotel in Kelantan

Stayed for a short night before our trip to Royal Belum. The initial impression was positive, as the aesthetics appeared appealing based on the photos seen on booking sites. However, upon closer inspection, we noticed various cleanliness issues throughout the premises. Dirty spots could be found on the carpets, walls, and ceilings, with unremoved cellophane tapes adding to the overall untidiness. The most disappointing aspect was the condition of the toilet, which had noticeable stains on the walls, floor, and basin, along with a significant leakage problem. Furthermore, the lack of proper ventilation made the toilet uncomfortable to use. On a positive note, the presence of a drinking water filter and the bed's level of comfort...

Building management is not visitor friendly.. rm3.40 for less than 15 minutes of parking for getting food is totally a big no no. There's no exclusive outlet just to drive and park here to get food. Most of the outlets's chain are just close by and free parkingbat night or weekenda/or at local MPKB rate 40cent...
