Good place to go..but inside is horrendous..super expensive service charge..super expensive parking...literally this place is not manage perfectly..leaking is here and there..the ceilings falls down..the basement is super scary..cant park at b1 because the management already give the parking lot to outsider..owner parked at b2..no lift..woohooo..burn my fat..but it is too scary..and not be clean at all..dead lizard here and there..lights broken..the b2 doors always open..so theft...

We booked at Ar-Rayyan thru booking.com, the unit was really great. (Used public transportation all the way, so didn't really see the parking). Place was really well kept, clean & smell really nice. Our host Mr Iqbal is really great, friendly & helpful. Everything is within walking distance, if you plan to explore Kota Bharu, Grab is available...
