Muhibah Aneka Cake House Sdn. Bhd. — Restaurant in Kelantan

I never failed to stop to buy some bread and pastries here whenever I am in Kota Bharu. The prices are far low cheaper than the ones sold by bakery shops in other towns and cities.

My favorite childhood cream puff and especially Roti "Bata" are available here. It is unique and delicious. (Probably I am tired of eating Massimo/Gardenia bread slices). The price of Roti "Bata" has increased at least 2-3 fold compared to 10-20 years ago.

There are also plenty of designs of cakes to choose from, suitable for every occasion.

This Muhibbah bakery shop is located at Jalan Hamzah, there is another that I frequently visited at Jalan Pintu...

Saya tak pernah tulis review negatif, tapi kalini saya terlalu sakit hati dengan pengalaman saya di Muhibah Bakery Depan KB Mall yang memang sangat mengecewakan. Dua kali datang, dua kali juga kena layanan buruk dari staf. Masuk-masuk, staf bermuka masam, sibuk berbual sesama sendiri dan langsung tak pedulikan kehadiran customer. Bila tanya apa-apa, jawab dengan nada kasar, seolah-olah kita ni menyusahkan diorang?!

Yang paling kecewa, ramai customer lain pun pernah alami benda yang sama. Jadi ini jelas bukan saya sahaja yang kena. Jangan harap makanan yang sedap boleh tutup kelemahan servis macam ni. Sekali dua orang boleh sabar, tapi lama-lama customer pun lari juga.

Mohon pihak pengurusan buka mata. Layanan pelanggan tu asas paling penting dalam bisnes makanan. Tak perlu modal pun nak senyum dan layan elok-elok. Tapi kalau sikap staf tak berubah, jangan salahkan orang kalau mula...

Two star only for the bread and pastry. The rest of star is gone because of the staff. I pay for the stuff, not begging for free. Would it kill you to treat your customers more friendly?
