I paid RM 500 for this garbage. I made an order one month before my anniversary, I requested specifically for imported red rose. Not only they gave me the wrong color of roses, which was pinkish red color, they gave me old roses. You can see the color difference of the red rose that I’m holding in my hand and pinkish red rose that I got from them. You can see the brown stems, the petals. The manager simply said we cannot refund or do anything unless I complaint on the day that I got my roses. He said I can change to other flower if I was not satisfied. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Most of the flowers are old, do you want me to change with other flowers that I do not want. My garden in my backyard has better flower than what they have at their shop, from Red baccara rose, to hydrangea, all of my flowers in my backyard are far more beautiful. THANKS FOR RUINING MY...

My experience with this local florist was not pleasant. They promised that the bouquet will be ready at 3pm but when I come to pickup it up, it was not ready yet and I need to wait for 2.5 hours as they finished it at 5.30pm. I would understand the busyness due to Mothers’ day but the florist should be able to tell that the bouquet will be delay so I dont have to waste my precious time waiting there.

They also made a mistake on the printed card as they left my name from the wishes. Please improve your service as it seems like the service...

Few times dah my husband ordered bunga dekat ombre florist ni. Tk pernah mengecewakan. Bouquet yg sangat cantik n bunga2 dia sangat fresh. Baru ni my husband order lily bouquet ( white)for my birthday on 2nd july and masyaAllah sangat cantik and even dh 3 hari bunga tu masih segar dan xlayu yer..so sape2 yg nk order boleh go to ombre.florist and anda xkan memyesal✌️.
