COMPLAINT.
I received a newsletter from Kyochon for the free delivery voucher so I ordered one through the main website and placed my order with the vouchers. I set it for delivery at 12.30 pm (2/92021).
I received a call from Kyochon and been told that my order is here. I went outside and there was nobody. I went in and called them back and Kyochon said that my order is READY for PICK UP.
I told them I requested for delivery, not pick up and they said their outlet doesn't do delivery; only pick-ups.
I told them that the options were there on the website and I didn't know that your outlet doesn't do delivery, hence it is not my problem.
But the operator talked behind the call which I can clearly hear her conversation with another guy who was super rude and the operator was clueless and repeat everything that the rude guy was saying. It was very unprofessional for them to say it's not their problem, it's not under their control and that they won't even bother to think of a solution; hoping that the customer would go and pick it up themselves.
The operator would then said again she doesn't know how to handle this kind of situation and called the manager; which I had to again repeat myself.
The manager then said, my order has been PICKED UP by a foodpanda rider. Which I don't know of and didn't received any called. She also said that my order was pending so they had to changed my order number and etc.
She said she'll checked the system and called me back in a few minutes, letting me know that they have a new rider to come and pick it up for me. She also gave the rider's number to me just incase anything happens.
At the end of the day, nobody from the Kyochon apologies.
This isn't my first time hearing complaints about the outlet. Google reviewers got tons of bad complaints too and my friend also had to wait 3 hours for their orders.

I am compelled to express my dismay regarding the shockingly poor customer service I experienced at Kyochon recently. The staff's behavior was marked by an unacceptable level of rudeness, leaving me bewildered and disappointed.
What baffles me most is how Kyochon's management could permit individuals with such a bad attitude to represent the restaurant. It is disheartening to see that the establishment allows such behavior to persist, as it undoubtedly reflects poorly on the reputation of Kyochon.
While waiting for our food, we politely approached the counter after the initially stated 15-minute wait stretched to around 30 minutes. We had no issue waiting longer, as we were not in a hurry.
However, the response we received from the staff was disheartening. The girl at the counter responded with a loud sigh and apparent frustration when checking on our order. This behavior continued with the kitchen staff, who expressed their annoyance audibly, making us feel uncomfortable. The 2 girls in the kitchen also displayed a negative attitude, giving us disapproving looks as if we had done something wrong.
We simply inquired about the status of our food, and the unwarranted reactions from the staff left us feeling unfairly judged. As customers, we expect a level of courtesy and professionalism, especially when addressing legitimate concerns.
I strongly implore the management to take swift action in rectifying this situation. It is essential to reassess the training and supervision provided to the staff to ensure that they uphold a standard of professionalism and courtesy expected in the F&B industry.
As a concerned customer, I sincerely hope that Kyochon takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to guarantee a more positive and respectful experience for future patrons.

We understand that you may be tired from work, but it's important to recognize that everyone faces challenges and fatigue in this world. You should know how to manage yourself, especially working in the F&B industry. Don't just release your stress and frustration onto innocent customers.
You're fortunate not to have encountered someone who would respond differently to your behavior. However, if you persist in such conduct, you might find yourself facing consequences or backlash one day.
