I booked 7 rooms on 2/11 - 4/11 . 5 rooms air condition problem 1 room door problem , when I inform the receiptionist in the morning , he said will fix later , When I back at night , my door still can't open , air condition problem remain, I back to receiption and informed the assistant manager Lawrence , the assistant manager attitude was very bad , if you Lawrence dont have a good attitude , please don work service line , even your staff feel sorry when saw the way you talking to me , your staff apologise to me ! I stayed for2 nights with my friend but i only got 1 complimentary brkfast. And to worse things up, when i called them to keep my charger, since i accidentally left it in my room after check out, the rceptionist said she's going to keep it but when i come back,they said its not there. Well. I came to the hotel TWICE TO CLAIM MY CHARGER BUT THEY FAILED TO KEEP IT FOR ME. It is indeed The most terrible hotel i've ever experienced .
