Hotel Kita — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Stayed here for MATTA Fair twice. I don't have a good experience with the last visit since the air cond was warm despite the service from the staffs was very excellent. ||||For this visit, I've booked a room through Agoda. The room was with no window yet it provided us with a good sleep since it avoided the noisy sound from the Chow Kit busy junction outside. The wifi signal was strong and the water heater and air conditioning worked well. TV was with limited channels. Bed was very comfy with clean comforter and clean towels provided. ||||For the rate at RM50nett only which was very very cheap, we couldn't complaint more, yet it was above our expectation. But I do hope they will do a thorough/spring clean for the bathroom floor and wall.||||The location is accessible from PWTC LRT station. It is very nearby to dining spots, Sunway Putra shopping mall and PWTC. We don't have any difficulties to explore the areas around and the restaurants within the walking distance provide good and delicious food. ||||Staffs were friendly, yet they tend to 'missing' for a period of time. The description and ambiance of the hotel is very bad. There are no maintenance in the hotel. The reception guy is very rude and no co-operation expected from the hotel staffs.There is no water in any floors. Bed sheet and towels are too much dirty. Air condition totally failure.All the corridors are totally dark due to non maintenance. I was there for three days from 4th November'16 to 7th November'2016 with my and one of my friend's family. Worst customer service ever! Asked for tax invoice by phone numerous time but they either said the account staff has not come to work yet (at 10:30am, wow the best job ever?!) or they straightaway hung up my call! How freaking rude. Emailed them many times but no one from their company bothered to respond. This hotel isn't even worth 1 star!
