Had lunch at their restaurant called Resepi Utara. The service was so bad. We arrived at 12:45 PM, and they only took our order at 1:00 PM (15 minutes waiting for nothing). We called the waiter a few times; he acknowledged us by raising his hand but never came. It wasn't until the fourth time I called that he finally came. Then we ordered our food and drinks. By 1:45 PM, the drinks were still not served. Mind you, it wasn't even a busy day; I just don't know what they were doing. 45 minutes for Teh Ais, seriously? Then the food came at 1:55 PM. My god, we wasted so much time here, and the food was just meh, not that great. But really, really poor service. If I could rate...

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and provided exceptional service.

The hotel’s location is perfect—close to major attractions and easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the facilities like [e.g., pool/gym/spa] were well-maintained.
