First of all, staff nama Katerina sombong berlagak biadap nak mampusss Kita panggil tanya nak order direct kaunter boleh ke tidak, dia buat muka masam mencuka, then tanya lagi mcm mana kalau nak dapat diskaun RM10 off yg diiklankan terpampang besar gedabak di kiosk app, pun dia still tak acuh tak nak layan, dipanggil beberapa kali pun taknak toleh juga Sampai lah dah siap order online kat apps, saya request awal awal utk part ayam yg saya perlukan, staff lelaki melayu kaunter sebelah bagitahu pada dia pun dia still tak layan n tak serve order saya, air sepatut ada 6 total dia hanya letak 2 cup di tray Next, dapat colonel rice pun dah serupa nasi hampir basi, memang panas berasap tapi nasi nya dah rupa hangit keras tak sedap tak lembut mcm selalu, saya time ni dah letih nak naik turun tangga menghadap staff kaunter yg biadap sebab anak anak pun seharian letih berjalan n dah kelaparan teramat sangat… nasi pun masing masing dah sentuh n ngap masuk mulut Quality ayam goreng okey not bad, panas and agak fresh rasanya for both OR and HS Cereal cheezy fries, cheese pun kedekut giler sikittt je dia letak nya (pun saya malas n letih nak complaint2 sebenarnya sebab mengenangkan betapa panjangnya que kat bawah tu dgn ramai customer menunggu dgn sorang staff yg rude tu, so saya decide utk tak keruhkan keadaan lagi) Memang benar, masa kami anak beranak baru nak start dine in disitu, memang kebanyakan meja yg ada diatas tu bersepah tak dikemas tak dibersihkan after customers dah pulang, memang restoran belah tingkat atas agak kotor Toilet ditingkat bawah sebelah kaunter, anak turun utk tumpang tandas setelah selesai makan masa tu, jam baru nak menghampiri 9pm tapi mereka sudah tutup / kunci toilet dari luar… Overall, service paling teruk dari segi khidmat layanan staff, kualiti makanan, kualiti kebersihan & kemudahan restoran, saya tak akan jejak kaki lagi kesini andai ada rezeki ke KL lagi Saya tak boleh tahan kesabaran saya maka saya terus call pihak customer careline KFC sampai line terputus sebab batt phone kehabisan masa tu, tak lama selepas tu saya dapat panggilan phone daripada Manager Branch (nama Pn Yati) tak silap saya, menjelaskan & memohon maaf pada saya utk apa yg telah berlaku sampai lah beliau sanggup ganti rugi utk saya n anak anak jika sekiranya saya datang lagi ke KFC tersebut… hurmm saya jadi agak ragu ragu sebenarnya apapun saya hargai & terharu dgn usaha beliau menghubungi saya sebagai customer yg merasa kecewa + geram dgn layanan kfc jln...

Beggars come in and beg for money and it's not a good look for our country especially when there are foreigners. I'm not sure what happened to kfc these days but the taste is far from what it used to be. For sure I'm not going there again though it's written there 24hours services. It's not just this outlet but in one outlet in Puchong they ran out of coleslaw and offered wedges. The bread, coleslaw and potato whip is the extra meal that look forward but they just can't serve it. I was very dissatisfied when I bought the KFC 15 pcs Combo Set (Original) for “Take Away”
When I got home, I saw 5 pieces of KFC Spicy. Before I left, I asked the staff at the counter again, "All this chicken is original, right?" He said, "Yes, all of it is original."
Why are the staff at the counter cheating? I ordered all Original..why can you put 5 pieces of spicy chicken in!! The staff there are so stupid. Please the manager don't be stupid with this kind of work!! It can ruin business at KFC Raja Laut..
The customer is always right, please follow the tour instructions as requested and don't be a fraud.
