Milvus is one of the best budget hotel i've stayed at. Simple room, nice & clean. The power socket in all the rooms are included with 2 USB charging port. Very innovative. Good service by receptionist. Milvus provide wifi for the guest. However, for people that need quiet and peaceful environment to sleep, this hotel is not for you.
