Harmonious Suite — Hotel in Pahang

It was a mistake not reading Google reviews before booking!! Booking this unit from this host was the WORSE decision I have ever made!! Why was it so bad?

Negatives 1.CHECK IN WAS RUBBISH!! We try contacting the host a few days prior to arrival to ask about check in procedures. Unfortunately we didn't get any reply. So I thought maybe they would contact us during day of check in. Unfortunately during arrival which was already past 3pm still no one contacted us. So I tried calling the number provided on Agoda and still unable to reach anyone in charge! I proceed to seek the help of the security guard at the apartment and they too couldn't get in touch with the host!!! Only after so much hassle we went through the host contacted us and we managed to check in.

There was WiFi available however no password was provided by host. Try contacting but unable to reach anyone.

The unit we stay was decent however to my dismay the sliding door at the balcony couldn't be locked which pose danger as we had kids with us. We had to put up with it as it was too difficult reaching the host.

Positives The unit was decent and quite clean. Very strategic location. Night market is just downstairs. Car...

First of all, the service is bad. After booking, they didn't contact me to told on how to check in etc so I had to contact them myself through whatsapp, however very late reply that only one hour before check-in only got reply from them. They did ask for security deposit but I said they did not mentioned it in Agoda, if want people to pay should mention first like other hotels so after that they did not ask for it when i check in. I booked 2 room apt but after check-in, i noticed there is one room extra in the room but it is so messy like they just throw all of the towel and comforter in there (prob as store room?) but it was not locked so guest could see it. In the bedroom there is no side table to put our things like handphone, watch and etc so we had to use dining chair for it. The bedsheet, comforter, and pillow case had dirt stain on it so i cannot sleep well. Also the lighting in the apt is dim cus they use studio track light (?) so idk i think its not suitable in the house cus its for a family to stay with kids and its not a studio room tho. Location is nice cus its near with pasar malam which i think thats the only reason people...

My first bad experience booking this homestay. First of all after you done booking through Agoda, the owner did not state any next step for the homestay. You have to call the number given and whatsapp and ask where to check in and how to get the keys. It take some times because the whatsapp admin is a Bangladesh/Nepal i dont know but clearly it is very hard to communicate, they only told you to wait. The worst part is after you done check out. It is been 3 days and he still did not give back my deposit. When i ask to directly contact the owner of the house, he give excuses saying that theres no need to contact the owner and he will give back the deposit soon.
