food: wide range of marinated meat (chicken, beef, lamb) and seafood. the veges are also seemed fresh. desserts corner (shaved ice, corns, ice creams) and drinks corner have lots of choices too. personally, i think the amount of food provided are more than enough compared to the buffet price! (rm39.90/adult).

space: there are two options of dining area, indoor and outdoor. both areas are not closed area hence, the air circulation is fine. the only differences are the location of the table. there is restroom available in the indoor area. this time, i chose to sit at the outdoor area (under a transparent canopy).

service: the service is mid during my visit because mostly the staffs are busy. but, as they saw us in need of help, they will act immediately. for example, they will offer to refill the soup themselves, thanks to their alertness.

others: there are parking lots but some of them are designated for apartment's residents. the restaurant will be rushed by big crowd during peak hour, thus, getting there as early as possible is recommended. if you are fine with late-dinner, the crowd will subside...

Long queue as it was rain when we come. But not wait too long till we got table, the staff was good at attending customer. Impressed with their tomyam, authentic taste and really tasty, cant find this type of tomyam at other steamboat places. Marinated lamb are so good and got about 6 type of marinated sauce. The stove also quick to warm and our food cook quickly. Seafood were fresh eventhough not many choices but got all what needed. Plenty selection of vegetable and fresh. Got sukiya sauce also which was really appetizing. They quick at refill the ingredients. Got chocolate dip strawberry, waffle, ice cream and jagung susu. Drinks is not typical one they even add ice cream inside the drinks. I wish this steamboat place open a branch at other state so we can go frequently. Price...

Service was bad. The staff should frequently move around and identify if customer need assistance. I had to call the staff relaxing (playing hp and smoking) across the road in front of the shop for assistance. The area are small and hard for the customers to move around especially at the food area. Tissues are only located at the counter. Even though there are variety of food, unfortunately the seafood were not fresh. If you have some allergies for not fresh seafood, avoid taking the prawn and crab. Don't trust the food reviewer if they said that the seafoods are fresh, because they are not. Last but not least, if you asked me is it worth the money you spend, my answer is NO.
