Hotel Big Red — Hotel in Pahang

We booked a standard room and a triple room. I think there is no smoking policy in the room. The standard room is filled with cigarettes smell but the counter staff was helpful to change a room for us. The size of the room is just enough, the standard room is just enough for 2 and triple room is enough for 3 occupants. So some reviews that said that it's spacious is overrated. The room comes with attached bathroom. Drinking water is available at the corridor. The toilet seat is stained - they should change the seat. The water heater sometimes are not working. When we bathed at night it was ok, but in the morning when I turned on the water heater switch and turned on the shower, the water was cold. I waited for 5 minutes and the water was still cold. Later my friend took the shower it was hot for a while then turned cold again. The room also has astro. A fan is in the room but the climate is cool enough even without a fan. Some rooms don't have a window.

The location is good. There are other budget hotels at the same row, there are food outlets (Malay food and Chinese food), there's a mosque behind the hotel. If walk further a bit you can reach the Centrum where there are more food outlets and entertainment there. There are convenient stores nearby too. Parking is restricted to road side parking and is subject to first come first...

I booked on 4/3/2024, and when I arrived at the hotel, I was very surprised that the hotel had such bad service.. I swear I said that there was a stain of semen, a blood stain on the mattress and to be honest I said that she didn't even change the sheets and the mattress... I swear it had to go viral because it was dirty and if you don't believe me, try pulling out the prepared sheets and blankets.. the bottom is too dirty and she hid it. Please don't go to this hotel.. when I told the staff, she glared . go find another hotel, please take action...

Jumpa hotel ni kat tik tok fyp. Memang sangat puas hati. Sebagai hotel bajet ada bilik yg besar. Jadinya ada ruang utk solat.

Utk lokasi sangat strategik. Berada di tengah² antara centrum, dan tokyo town. Rancang perjalanan memang dapat elak jem. Selain tu, hotel ni dekat jugak dengan tempat makan. Saya makan di mummy steamboat yang viral. Hanya selang satu blok dari hotel. Jalan kaki hanya seminit dah sampai (tapi rasa macam tak sampai seminit pun sbb dekat sgt).

Hanya satu perkara sahaja yang saya rasa ralat adalah bilik saya berada berdekatan kaki lima. Jadi tingkap saya menghadap kaki lima. Dekat kaki lima pula ada kerusi. Jadi ada orang duduk di kerusi tu dan hisap rokok, bau tu akan masuk dlm bilik. Sebagai seorang yang bukan perokok, saya memang tak suka bau rokok. Risau jugak la dgn anak kecik sbb bau rokok. Kalau tak disebabkan bau rokok ni, saya dah bg 5 bintang.

Overall memang ok. For surely akan repeat lagi duduk hotel ni.

Btw, utk info saya memilih bilik triple room semasa...
