Hotel Flora Plus Cameron Highland — Hotel in Pahang

Well unfortunately I don’t really have good experience with this hotel the biggest plus point of this hotel is just the strategic place where everything nearby , however now we have other better hotels than this , of course the hotel nearby the roadside obviously it will be noisy but the ISSUE was the ROOM and CUSTOMER SERVICE of this hotel , cleanliness of this hotel 2/5, especially the bedsheets , the room wall was MOULDY . Those who have allergic I think they would have gotten respiratory distress . It’s okay I understand the weather here cold and moist and it’s hard to maintain and etc . However, when I asked the staff (receptionist) for an exchange , even though there are empty rooms are available he insisted. I was really disappointed with that response from them . I have no idea what was stopping them to provide better service . We all paying the amount that meant to be for that room so I expect them to give at least a minimal service and concerned about the customer . Moreover , when I asked the receptionist to check the room before paying the amount he denied that request too ; isn’t that our basic rights to check the room quality before making the payment ? I stayed here for two nights and I must say that the most important thing is up to the mark and that is cleanliness. This hotel can gain much more appreciation if they lower down their room charges. The hotel super delux room is so small that you seriously have no space left to even put your luggage inside. Bathrooms are very very small but yes very clean indeed. No wardrobes and toiletries as well except towel and slipper. Hairdryer and electric kettle is available. Host is very polite and can guide you about the near by attractions so dnt hesitate to ask her. So final rating is 4 star because of the high room rate as compared to the room size. And Yes an important thing i.e. there is no view from my 2 rooms except some steel bars of next door plaza. I can't comment about other rooms or floors so better ask at reception before...
