This is a muslim hotel, AND the reception staff doesn't always know english. It doesn't bother me that its a muslim hotel, but it does bother me that your staff doesn't all speak English. It's true that not all your reception staff doesn't know english alright? Am i wrong about that? You failed your english and can't read my review clearly and anyhow accuse me? If a muslim hotel bothers me, i wouldn't have booked in the first place, do you understand that logic? But i didnt expect for non English speaking receptionist. But now i know after hearing from the taxi drivers in cameron highlands. Anyway our reservation online got cancelled without our notice. This hotel expect customers to check their email everyday, to reply to their reservation confirmation email that is sent one day before check in (i only saw it after returning from my trip). I have the emails as evidence, that states no response means reservation cancelled. Are you trying to lie your way out? Still, i got a room on the spot without a reservation, but amount was slightly higher than online. The room was very small, no hot water unless it's only running a trickle, and there's no elevator up to the first floor. Definitely not as nice as its pictures. There is no room service, nobody cleans the room the next day even if you stay more than one night. Its only redeeming quality is that it's next to the mall. I'm changing to one star review since the hotel couldn't address the problems it has and only knows to...
Read moreThe room was small but okay in size. The bathroom smelled a bit disgusting and there was no hot water shower, it stayed cold. Also the WiFi was not working in our room. The guests next to us were super loud and annoying, they had kids screaming and playing in the hallway until midnight and even after asking friendly to turn it down they stayed loud. The hotel staff did nothing against this behaviour. And those guests also started being noisy at 7am in the hallway, again kids were playing and screaming. But besides this noise the windows were really thin so we could hear everything from the main street which is close to the hotel. So we didn't get much sleep and we're really annoyed. But the worst thing is that we payed 210 RM per night which is for this bad quality of the room and atmosphereway too much. We were supposed to stay three nights but checked out after one because it was not possible for us to stay there longer. They get two stars because we got our money back for the cancelled two nights. But I would not recommend staying here if you like sleeping, because you will not be able...

Convenient basement parking where you can park near to the staircase with the label of the hotel. But no lift provided, might be a hassle for people with many baggages.
Hotel near to self service laundry, cameron centrum, 7e and restaurants. You can walk around the area to find more shops but quite a distance to the pasar malam.
Stayed at triple room with no window, quite a small area to perform solat and eat. So, it is a suitable for anyone who did not spend much time in room.
Toilet quite smelly, blanket has dirty stains, not washed properly, but got a water heater and electric kettle. Unfriendly service from receptionist and if you wish to check in or check out late or early, make sure to inform receptionist. I check out early at 4am and the front door was locked, luckily the guy at the receptionist has the key.
Anyway, it is unplanned trip and we only need a place to sleep before continue our journey to KL. So, its worth the price for only RM148 through...
