⭐️⭐️ 2/5 1. The front desk staff was very nice and polite. 2. In the first room with a window view, the bathroom was in poor condition. The blinds were taped, there was no proper ventilation. I reported this to the front desk on second day morning, but unfortunately, they only taped it again without resolving the root issue. 3. The second room had its own problems too. The blinds were really dirty, and the shower area was clogged, making it unusable. We had to share the bathroom in the first room to shower! Ps : The bed and pillows were just ok, not particularly comfortable, but acceptable. 4. The first night was particularly unpleasant due to the loud sound of furniture being dragged from 1 am until 6 am which made it impossible for me to sleep. Sadly, the same thing happened on the second night, and this time, my mother couldn’t sleep either because of the constant noise. What noise is it? I don’t know. Maybe 👻. 5. As for the breakfast, the food was very limited, only four items available. But the nasi lemak was delicious, which we appreciated. Overall, the service at the front desk was kind, but the room conditions, noise levels, and poor maintenance made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the facilities for future guests. Thanks.

Obviously cameron highland’s hotel are not installed with AC because of the cold temperature at night, but my room has no window and ventilation was not good which made me sweaty during my sleep and rest, I was only provided with a mini portable fan in the room. It was very humid inside but once I went out the hallway it feels way more cooler which I feel very disappointed. I requested to op for window room but it was fully booked, the only solution provided by the staff was another mini portable fan…. The room has no fridge and the kettle was uncleaned and could not boil, felt disgusted… found strains of hair lying in the floor as well. The toilet were only provided with foam shampoo which is not something that suitable for showering… I had to go purchase my own nearby watson.. I am paying almost 300 for a night… Hotel needs to revise their services and facilities.

Great location but hotel isn't the cleanest. When we arrived we noticed there wasn't much toilet tissue so we had to request more. The room was basic . They provide 2 cups for drinks. However they don't provide any tea/coffee so bring your own. No kettle either but a flask is available and hot water is supplied in the reception area so it's a walk to get it. TV didn't have any channels and when you try to find any it doesn't find any. No A/C and room had no window but a ceiling fan gives some cooling of a sort. Room and bathroon were not very clean either. They don't provide any shampoo or hand wash. There is a foam dispenser in the shower that must be used for showering , washing hair, and washing hands at the sink. Photos show the uncleanliness of the room. All in all it's only good point in our opinion is the location.

First off, i love the location; convenience would be its best selling point. It's within Centrum Mall so you'll have easy access to food and other necessities. Check-in is easy and receptionist was pleasant. Room was basic but acceptable.||What hotel provided:|- body wash only so BYO hair shampoo, conditioner, etc. no soap at sink, so take body wash from shower area|- disposable toothbrushes; no cotton buds/pads, etc.|- hair dryer |- bath towels; no hand/face towel. |- bedroom slippers|- bottled water|- flask and cups; no kettle or coffee/tea|- filtered hot/room temp/cold water available at reception|- lumpy pillows with pilling bedsheets/pillow cases; the little lint balls were very scratchy.|- water heater that's a little tricky to operate. black dial on water heater to control temperature of water from 1 to 10 with 10 being the hottest. white dial below water heater to turn water on/off.||Know all these and manage your expectations.||What didn't work for me:|1. the trolley car that goes around Centrum with accompanying loud music all through the day till closing (recep told me that would be abt 12am)|2. people taking a break, smoking and yakking just in front of the hotel which incidentally is right below where our room was|3. traffic from a major road and riders throttling their bikes thru the small road in front of the hotel|4. prayer call for about 2 hours from 5.30am||There is no AC here and as far as temperature goes, no AC is fine cos it was cool all day. But if you close the windows to try to lessen the noise pollution, you will have to put up with a stuffy room. Hotel provided a fan for circulation but that didn't help much so hobson's choice was to have windows opened just a crack.||I'd booked and paid for two nights but checked out after the first, needed my sleep, this was meant to...

Truly only a 2 Star Hotel, despite it's claims to be 4 star.|And that it charges the per night price of a genuine 4 star hotel in central Kuala Lumpur.|The only good things about this hotel are I liked the comfortable pillow, parking is free and the staff were friendly. And it was clean.|Self- described as 'Minimalist', for this read 'tiny rooms with poor facilities'.|No air conditioning is OK in the Cameron Highlands, if you have a window to let the cool air in. Our room had no window.|The fan was a table fan (with no adjacent power point, so a long extension power cord hanging along the wall), not even a ceiling fan. No power point in the tiny bathroom.|A kettle is provided - it's a pity it had no power point.|Not mobility impaired or child-stroller friendly - the one lift requires you to climb stairs to access it. And the lift briefly stopped working when we went to use it (fortunately it 'died' when it opened its doors on our floor, rather than when we were in it).|No fridge (not uncommon in Malaysia, and in hotels where one is provided it is empty), which made storage of my diabetic insulin medication problematic, having to be put in the fridge at Reception. Noting 20% of adult Malaysians are diabetics, this is something that should be considered by any hotel.|Breakfast is off-site, with a very limited menu of 6 items - and you had to buy the coffee.|Having spent the previous 2 nights at the (genuinely) 4 star and extremely comfortable Heritage Hotel at nearby Tanah Rata - at half the price per night and including a buffet breakfast - this so-called 'boutique' hotel is grossly over-priced.|NOT...

We stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel in the Centrum area where it is surrounding with all the eatery restaurants, bars (The Brew House), convenience store (7-11 & Family Mart), cafe and etc. The check in process is smooth and the receptionist are kind enough to brief us what are the nearby amenities and attractions. Our unit comes with free breakfast and they actually collaborate with Bungkus Now and Lao You Gui Gui whereby we can have options to choose what we want for our breakfast. The choices are mainly local delights (Nasi lemak, toast bread with half boiled egg, mee siam, porridge and fried noodle). Drinks like tea or coffee also available. Our unit also comes with a reserved parking lot which is just right in front of the hotel.||We booked the 3 bedroom suite and this cosy unit comes with a big living hall and nice island table for the kids who want to have their snacks. ||All 3 bedrooms comes with 1 x Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a study table and chair in case you need to check your email or do some paperworks. What I like is every side of the bed also comes with AC plug for us to charge our phone.||There is no aircon in the unit and only comes with ceiling fan which is good enough as the natural breeze is already cold enough!||Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone which want to stay in a new property. For those who visited Cameron Highland before should know most of the hotels here are very old and doesnt really...
