First off, i love the location; convenience would be its best selling point. It's within Centrum Mall so you'll have easy access to food and other necessities. Check-in is easy and receptionist was pleasant. Room was basic but acceptable.||What hotel provided:|- body wash only so BYO hair shampoo, conditioner, etc. no soap at sink, so take body wash from shower area|- disposable toothbrushes; no cotton buds/pads, etc.|- hair dryer |- bath towels; no hand/face towel. |- bedroom slippers|- bottled water|- flask and cups; no kettle or coffee/tea|- filtered hot/room temp/cold water available at reception|- lumpy pillows with pilling bedsheets/pillow cases; the little lint balls were very scratchy.|- water heater that's a little tricky to operate. black dial on water heater to control temperature of water from 1 to 10 with 10 being the hottest. white dial below water heater to turn water on/off.||Know all these and manage your expectations.||What didn't work for me:|1. the trolley car that goes around Centrum with accompanying loud music all through the day till closing (recep told me that would be abt 12am)|2. people taking a break, smoking and yakking just in front of the hotel which incidentally is right below where our room was|3. traffic from a major road and riders throttling their bikes thru the small road in front of the hotel|4. prayer call for about 2 hours from 5.30am||There is no AC here and as far as temperature goes, no AC is fine cos it was cool all day. But if you close the windows to try to lessen the noise pollution, you will have to put up with a stuffy room. Hotel provided a fan for circulation but that didn't help much so hobson's choice was to have windows opened just a crack.||I'd booked and paid for two nights but checked out after the first, needed my sleep, this was meant to...

Our room had no window.|The fan was a table fan (with no adjacent power point, so a long extension power cord hanging along the wall), not even a ceiling fan. No power point in the tiny bathroom.|A kettle is provided - it's a pity it had no power point.|Not mobility impaired or child-stroller friendly - the one lift requires you to climb stairs to access it. And the lift briefly stopped working when we went to use it (fortunately it 'died' when it opened its doors on our floor, rather than when we were in it).|No fridge (not uncommon in Malaysia, and in hotels where one is provided it is empty), which made storage of my diabetic insulin medication problematic, having to be put in the fridge at Reception. Read moreWe stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel in the Centrum area where it is surrounding with all the eatery restaurants, bars (The Brew House), convenience store (7-11 & Family Mart), cafe and etc. The check in process is smooth and the receptionist are kind enough to brief us what are the nearby amenities and attractions. Our unit comes with free breakfast and they actually collaborate with Bungkus Now and Lao You Gui Gui whereby we can have options to choose what we want for our breakfast. The choices are mainly local delights (Nasi lemak, toast bread with half boiled egg, mee siam, porridge and fried noodle). Drinks like tea or coffee also available. Our unit also comes with a reserved parking lot which is just right in front of the hotel.||We booked the 3 bedroom suite and this cosy unit comes with a big living hall and nice island table for the kids who want to have their snacks. ||All 3 bedrooms comes with 1 x Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a study table and chair in case you need to check your email or do some paperworks. What I like is every side of the bed also comes with AC plug for us to charge our phone.||There is no aircon in the unit and only comes with ceiling fan which is good enough as the natural breeze is already cold enough!||Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone which want to stay in a new property. For those who visited Cameron Highland before should know most of the hotels here are very old and doesnt really...
