Hotel Citra — Hotel in Pahang

Terrible - Unbelievably loud all the time.

There is construction going on all around the building. We were not informed about it at all. It is common courtesy to inform a guest about any potential construction when making a booking. Super loud hammering, banging, clattering and use of power tools. Tell your guests about noise! Because they likely wouldn’t book it if they’d known. The construction also began in the very early hours of the morning - not even at least at a more considerate time. Worse than that, in the even earlier hours of the morning, guests of the hotel were shouting back and forth to each other in the corridors for over an hour. Screaming at the top of their lungs. Surrounded but other guests trying to sleep. Management were totally unphased and made zero attempt to ask them to be quieter. I shouldn’t have to explain that behaviour like that in a hotel is totally unacceptable.

Do not stay here if feel like getting any sleep!!

(Room is fine - but the shower doesn’t work either. You have a choice between a tiny trickle of hot water or normal pressure...

I stayed here 2 nights. I have to tell you this is the worst hotel i've ever lived in. I was checked in on 8th December evening and checked out on 10th December morning. Nothing is worse than feeling exhausted and not being able to sleep after long journey. Imagine at 10pm some maintenance working going on with drilling the wall and talking loudly! It was the first day. The next day night, at 10pm same things happened! This time not maintenance working but the receptionist with his fellow friends sitting and talking very loudly, making noises at the reception area. My room is third door from the reception and the noises are very loud till we can’t rest...

Baru stay sini 25hb - 27hb. 3hari dua malam. Bagi aq bilik dia sesuai dgn hrga. Rm75 lebih utk satu malam mmg berbaloi. Bilik luas. Ada tandas. Ada tv siap wifi yg laju blh tgk youtube n Netflix kalau ada account. Kebersihan pon okay bagi aq. Yang penting tempat dia strategik. Dekat dgn centrum, big red strawberry tu mmg dekat sgt2. Overall puas hati. Blh duduk sini kalau sapa2 nk bajet2. Sbb utk tdo je kan. Sekian review dri sy seikhlas hati. 5 stars...
