Hotel Golden Wing — Hotel in Pahang

i when for a vacation trip in middle of april2014 with my parents and 2 siblings.due to group trip,the organiser choose this hotel. we rent two unit of room in the so called '' hotel'' which was a renovated flats and look like hotel use for express lovers.the guy at the stair entrance was not friendly and make disgusting face mimic which i felt really annoyed.the room rent was around rm70++ /room.quiet cheap and we know how is the average of this hotel condition would be.the room that me and my sibling stayed have separated queen and single bed.no aircond as the place was cold and windy weather.we have dressing mirror and old version of tv that u have to manual tuned the channel.the comforter on the bed was dull and seems like unwashed,uncleaned and used.i felt disgusted with comforter condition and not even use it for sleep.the bathroom were quite clean only that the pail that the use to keep water was like full of moss.seems like no one clean it.the water heater working well.no towel provided,but if u wish ,u have to deposit rm10/towel.the reception is in front of main road which you have to walk around 5-8min to it.that will be my 1st and...

Good :||In the heart of town. Apartment near the food area. Cheap room rates are worth the price of 2 queen beds. ||||Hotel & staff:||Staff are friendly and nice.||Have to check in at Hotel Chua Gin (no customer service at Golden Wings apartment) The hotel is close enough but its quit difficult for first timer. The hotel area is quite dense because of the lot shop. Parking is a bit difficult. ||The hotel takes a deposit for towels and a prayer mat (RM 10 for one)||Not friendly to children and old man/OKU (no elevator)||Room:||Small room, no fan although I read on the reviews they include a fan (I'm lucky its rainy and cold day). Booked 4 rooms (all on the 3rd floor without lift) but 2 were horrible! But then they agreed to change the 2 faulty rooms to another floor. Not suitable if you have elderly or injured legs coz walking up was a challenge!
