I have never stayed in such bad hotel, actually it shows HOSTEL in Chinese. It was totally overpriced. For this hotel, even they would pay me 100 euro, I will say NO. We paid 53euro for a night and for this price, people can easily get a 3 or 4 stars hotel in Kuala Lumpur.||There is mould in the room and bathroom. The window can not be opened and the room smells like mould. There is a big hole between two rooms. I could hear everything from another room, TV, talking and even snore during the night. It was also quite loud in the room, since the window is directly placed next to the road. The white bed sheet is gray yellow already. The water heater in the toilet did not work well. The shower could not be hung and we had to keep pressing the reset button, in case to have hot shower. Believe me, you do need hot shower there. No internet in the room and I did not even bother to use internet in the reception. A dead cockroach had laid on the corridor at least for two...
Read moreI recently stayed at Kavy Boutique Hotel in Cameron Highlands and had a fantastic experience! The self-check-in using the machine was incredibly convenient and easy to use. It made my arrival smooth and hassle-free.
The hotel’s modern design and cozy atmosphere were immediately inviting. My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the spacious toilet, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
The location is excellent, with easy access to local attractions. Despite the self-check-in concept, the staff were always available to assist if needed. Their friendliness and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Kavy Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Cameron Highlands. The blend of modern convenience, comfort, and excellent service makes it...
Read moreStayed at this hotel over the Hari Raya weekend in August 2013, the hotel looks fine from the outside, but the rooms are just dirty! Despite having a choice to see the rooms before we settled on one, the room we finally chose was the least dirty one on the 3rd floor (can't cancel since we booked online). Toilet is small, with weak pressure, intermittent hot water. Have to think twice whenever I needed to use it. Towels provided looked dirty and old, room was just generally dirty. The only thing going for it is the location, but then again there are plenty of other choices in Brinchang, which is a very small town. Reception staff is unhelpful and cold, do not expect any service here. Beware when choosing the rooms with no windows here, there is no air conditioning so it will be stuffy! Best advice - avoid...
