Disadvantage : Parking is difficult as many hotel and restraunt around there so all car park will full (need to arrive hotel early evening to get best parking spot). Also need to buy parking coupon (1 hour RM0.60). Can get at chocolate shop beside Hotel Pop Ash.
Hot water for drinking need to get from the lobby. Got water heater but no heater plate.
With 2 Queen Bed, it suitable and comfortable with 4 adult and 1 children only. More than that will be very packed in the room.

Very hard to find a parking and need to pay for it either by apps or coupons. Asked for coupons at the front desk, they charged us with higher price.
Room got ants. Toilet cant be locked. Toilet fittings cant stay upwards, keeps slanting down. Room only got a wall fan, which is fine for the given climate and temperature there. Need to climb stairs upwards. Rooms got 2towels, electric kettle and mugs, but the kettle wasnt functioning. Bed was quite big for 2person. We got 2 rooms for rm90+ each. Booked for superior room, the room is too small and no space to perform prayer.. So we have to do it on the bed. There's no elevator and we have to climb the stairs since our room is located on 2nd floor, which is quite unpleasant. When we check in, the receptionist is unfriendly and we feel unwelcome. As soon as we enter the room I noticed a couple strands of hair on the bed. The pros are the hotel location is nearby restaurants and clean toilet.
