BMC HOTEL — Hotel in Perak

Checked in on 23 -27 August. The toilet reeks of urine in the 1st room assigned so i asked to change. 2nd room was nice. However room was not cleaned or bed madeup the next day. Inform the friendly assistant manager and it was cleaned on 3rd day. The male staff though friendly needs to understand its not ok to sit and relax on the side easy chair with his legs up when talking to guests. Not acceptable at all. No replenishment of tea bags at all throughout my stay. I extended stay by 1 night and price was about RM165. Wow very steep for this kind of hotel. Even though No smoking signs are in place the rooms floors had strong smell of cigarettes. Informed the reception but nothing done. I stayed here for 2days 1night. Everything was good. The Indian receptionist is very friendly and entertain well to my question. Room cleanliness 👍. Aircond is cold enough, quiet environment, Wifi provided, allocated parking for customer. Toilet cleanliness excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, toilet looks like new , water pressure strong, water heater well function. This hotel provide basic amenities such as (shampoo,body soap,toothpaste, coffee,mineral water etc.). They do provide iron and iron board near the corridor. I would rate more than 5 stars for this hotel. They have all the toiletries needed and the cleanliness is very good. Aircond is cold enough, quiet environment, nice bed contain Wifi and water heater. You pay 1 star hotel price but what you get is 5 stars service. Staff is very friendly especially Mr. Guna who really helped us a lot and I really appreciate it. Thanks you so much Mr.Guna.
